Staff was nice but it took 12 hours to get batteries for TV remote to work. Mattresses & furniture was old & lighting in room was dim. The price was lower so I guess it was what I expected.

It was a decent, average hotel. I don't know who decided that a room next to the elevator was a smart move but once it settled down it wasnt too bad.

I tried to save a little money and regretted it. We had to change rooms upon check-in due to a lack of cleanliness. The second room had a toilet that overflowed. The staff took care of the issues, and I appreciate their efforts. However, I would not recommend this property.

Just far enough from Downtown to make traveling to and from easy and convenient. Room was spacious and very clean. Interstate noise was minimal and not distracting. Great little taqueria next door and multiple dining options very close. Staff was friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again and again!

The tv in our room would not work even after calling and asking for help. Our toilet seat, shower and one of the beds were broke . The room was quite dirty. Very unhappy. My whole family was up by 6 am and left at 6:30.

Was easy check in after hours, and I felt safe especially with my family in tow. The room was clean and had everything we needed, however the next room over was throwing a party and we only got a few hours sleep after a 12 hour day on the road. We notified the front desk but felt a lack of urgency as the noise persisted past 2a. Breakfast had plenty of options and staff was friendly. Bed was incredibly firm.

Horrible front desk Asian/Philppo lady on Dec 27 at evening charged us, senior citizens plus disabilities $1 for a protection. We answered no and disagreed. Rip off! She wanted our money. We are not stupid elders. We explained that we paid $6.95 to Expedia for protection and risk free as we confirmed our reservation. And then the lady asked me to pay her $1. May we ask why? Plus I typed on access request that we need closed captioned tv but she ignored it n was not helpful. She did hurt our trust. Thank you.

Our sofa bed was completely broken in our first room. Bars broken off and springs coming out into the floor. He was very kind and moved us to a second room and that sofa bed was better. It’s an ok place for just going and sleeping and moving on the next day.

I stayed here with my wife and two young kids for 3 nights. Right off the interstate but no noticeable noise while in the room. Got plenty of options for food nearby and a Food City real close as well. Our room was clean and comfortable, plenty of space for us to set up a pack and play for our daughter. Shower head was a little low, I’m 5’9” and it was right about eye level, so that’s the only real gripe I have about the room. Parking is a little tight, but if need be just use the BW lot. The breakfast is very good with multiple options, and a 4 hour window means you can get seconds. Short drive to the Knoxville Zoo, and the UT campus. I’d rebook if I ever need to be in Knoxville again.

Quite and a great breakfast!
Probably the quietest hotel I’ve been in. I know there were kids there but never heard anything. It was very close to the interstate but never heard a sound. The breakfast was excellent too!

Accessible rooms not on first floor. When I talked to the front desk at check in he gave me attitude as if I should’ve known that info when booking. The Best Hotel Yet!
One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. Contractors were up grading the exterior by painting the building. Front desk personnel were fabulous. Room was top of the line with what appears a complete upgrade of everything in the room. Breakfast was great with multiple choices.

The check-in process was wonderful, but it went downhill from there. The hotel was not clean at all. We stayed on the third floor, and the hallways were filthy, including a dead roach that stayed there the whole time. They never came to the room to remove garbage or replace towels. When we went down to the desk to ask about replacement towels, they told us that they don’t do that unless we requested it. We were staying there for three days. There was no sign at the desk, notifying us that we needed to request service to our room. On day two, a plastic sheet was put over all of the windows with no notice of why this was occurring. Eventually, it became obvious that they were painting the outside of the building. The plastic sheets remained over the windows throughout the rest of our stay. Overall, it was just a very disappointing stay.

Eh, not the best.
The rooms need a lot of TLC, but it’s not the worst if you just need a night of sleep during a road trip. Bed linens and bathrooms seemed to be clean.
