“Great Staff and Expreience!”

This was a great stay! The facilities were wonderful, the staff went out of their way to assist and serve, the property was well-located - 2 minutes from the airport and very close to I-75. If in the area, we would stay again without hesitation!

“Great for Maryville industrial area”

I stayed 3 nights here in this hotel. Hotel staffs were all friendly and no hesitation to arrange a taxi for me to visit the local factory. The room was pretty clean, overall I was satisfied. Good location to Maryville automotive industrial area.

“A great deal”

Hotel was a deal for the price, close to the airport with shuttle service which worked out well to return the rental car the night before departure. Staff was very helpfull, breakfast was your normal contintal fare but everything was fresh and the coffee was above average w/ USA Today every morning... And the vending machine soda is only 70 cents! One of my pet peeves is paying $1.50-1.75 for a soda at your average hotel.

“My Second Visit”

When I chose Knoxville, Tennessee as the destination for my Autumn vacation, I knew where I would stay. The Country Inn and Suites has comfortable, clean rooms. Also, they have the best staff. They're courteous, pleasant, and helpful. The breakfast is filling and the coffee is fresh and delicious. It's great to come back to a cup of good coffee in the evening. This motel is close to the airport and only a couple of hours away from Kentucky, Virginia, and North Carolina for those day trips. The staff offered great advice for my day trip to the Smokies. I'll always stay here when I go to Knoxville.

“Real convenience”

We parked our car for several weeks in their Hotel Parking for extremely reasonable rates, and because of the friendliness ad helpfullness of the staff, when we returned to retrieve our car, we spent one night. The front desk people coudn't have been more helpful, and frequently, because of staff limitations, they would handle the front desk, shuttle to the airport, etc. Breakfast was surprisingly good with waffles you could make, and really good sausage and biscuits. Would stay there anytime I am flying out ot Knoxville. Thanks. PS, even though they said smoking rooms were on the third floor, it was obvious that people were smoking on the first floor as the halls reeked of smoke, and our room smelled like Febreeze for the first few hours. And this was after I paid $5 extra to get a non-smoking room.

“Will stay here whenever I am in the Knoxville area”

The two times I have stayed here have been very pleasant. This last time I had a very early flight to catch and the desk attendant offered to have breakfast ready for me before I left, even though it was an hour earlier than breakfast is normally served. The service was exemplary.

“Good value for the money”

Nothing fancy, just neat, clean, with a decent breakfast. (If you're looking for a hot breakfast, you'll only find a square yellow "egg product" plus gravy.) Hotel shuttle was convenient.

“Great stay for a great price!”

The Country Inn & Suites is a great, comfortable, cozt, affordable place to stay when in the Knoxville area. The Staff was extremely helpful in helping and courteous. I reccomend that you try this Inn.

I will definitely stay here again, as long as the price is right. A great deal for the money. Clean, comfortable, quiet.
