“Difficult to locate”

We loved the hotel and it's close proximity to restaurants, however, there is NO SIGNAGE for it from the highway, which had us driving 15 minutes up the road and having to turn around and come back.For other travelers, once you see the sign for the Hilton,the Courtyard is directly across the road, by way of an access road.

We elected to stay at the Mariott because of past experiences with the chain, and for the price we received on Expedia. Some of our fellow associates were staying at other hotels nearby, and at twice the price. Our hotel was MUCH nicer than the others. First class all the way.

We had a wonderful time exploring many areas of Knoxville. The hotel was located at the airport, which was very easy to get to and leave from. The staff was terrific, breakfast was not included with your room,but was good. We will be back again soon.

very nice well kept hotel very close to the airport entrance. Ruby Tuesday's across the parking lot with several other places to eat within walking distance.

“Shuttle service not 24 hour.”

Was dissapointed to learn that shuttle service to the airport across the street began at 7:00 am. I had a 6:00 am flight and payed a cab $10 to go across the street. The hotel staff ordered the cab and was most helpful.
