“This was the Best.”

This motel was exceptional,very clean, we had a smoking room and didn't even realize it because it smelled so clean. Unlike the one we stayed in the night before in Lebanon,TN which was the worst motel I've ever stayed in. We did complain to Days Inn and found out it was privately owned. When choosing Days Inn for your stay you probably should check out the ownership first.

“Pet Friendly:)”

We brought out two dogs with us on this visit for the holidays. The hotel charged an extra fee for the pets but it was very nice being able to bring them with us. Staff was very friendly and quick to serve.

“very good”

We arrived very late in the evening, but the room was held and check-in was a breeze. The room had a refrig, microwave, fullsize ironing board and iron, and hair dryer- all things I wouldn't expect in this price range. The room was very clean, but the bed was a bit hard (typical w most hotels). Only negative was keeping the room a consistent temp was difficult.

“Not Impressed”

The room was a non-smoking room but at night the room would have a strong smoke smell. This hotel was booked and paid for through Expedia, but the hotel when ahead and charged me for the room. After several days of calling Expedia, and the hotel, my credit card accounted was credited with a refund.

“Didn't care much for it”

It's conveniently located right off the interstate, and evertything was clean. However the hotel is old, has no elevator, and the room had a musty smell which makes for an uncomfortable night of sleep.

“Okay, but...”

I hesitated to write this review, but feel its a necessary reminder to travelers. The hotel rep assured me at check-in the hotel was safe for its surroundings near the highway, etc. But later that evening, while drying off from my shower, a man unlocked and walked in my room, apparently given a key card mistakenly from the front desk. I had not yet bolted the door for the night, so I was a bit shocked. When I called the front desk, the young guy said its been 'very hectic' there. Well, I'm sorry, but the NUMBER ONE job they have is to protect patrons. They could have put me in danger. So while it may have been just a mistake, and they apologized, they still need to be held accountable for the one basic function they should have upheld. I take responsibility for not dead-bolting immediately, but I shouldn't have had to worry about it with the key card. Lesson learned.

“not impressed”

Hotel is crappy. Appears owners see it as a slot machine only. Hotel could use updating, better customer service, actual dining area and better landscaping. Rooms could use more outlets and existing outlets should be repaired so that plugged in items do not fall out. Hallways should be cleaned. Portico in front of lobby entrance actually had cob webs! Rooms are way over prized.
