Days Inn Lenoir City Tn

Good but wasn't there very long. Stayed one night for a fishing tournament, so there isn't much to say about the place.

We asked for a non smoking room and they said we had one but when we stepped in the room that was all you could smell was smoke. There was supposed to be wi-fi but we didn't get it in our room. I called front desk to see what they could do for us and we had someone come to our room (manager) with her son (probably about 12-13 yrs of age) to see that the wi-fi wasn't working. Well I am not completely stupid and I do know how to use a computer, the son asked me how old was my computer and maybe I needed to get a new because the wi-fi wasn't working. He had his laptop with him and I asked him to sign with his computer and he couldn't. Needless to say they said it was our computers fault, they did not even attempt to ask us if we wanted another room. I was not impressed. The clerk when we check in was very indifferent with us and not very friendly. The pool was not clean. We had to hunt down the housekeeping staff to get clean towels. Not only that we asked for a room on the bottom floor and they didn't give us one, the hotel was never full the whole time we stayed there.

Were surprised we were charged a pet fee for our small caged parrots. Most hotels charge only for dogs or cats. Room was in need of upgrading (bathroom shower and sink area) but was acceptable.

Our room needed some maintenance. However, it was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. I would stay there again if I am in the area

I have stayed here a number of times. We meet up with friends from all over the country in Oak Ridge a couple of times a year, and many of us stay here at the Days Inn. This year it looked like they had done a lot of work to the place. Nice new paint job, new railings, the rooms were in great shape, and the staff was friendly as usual. I will continue to stay here when I am in town.

I stayed here 2 nights my bed was comfortable the room was clean and had more amenities than I expected. Fridge, coffee maker, full size board and iron and a Cont. Breakfast. I would stay there again. Thanks, JM

Hotel is crappy. Appears owners see it as a slot machine only. Hotel could use updating, better customer service, actual dining area and better landscaping. Rooms could use more outlets and existing outlets should be repaired so that plugged in items do not fall out. Hallways should be cleaned. Portico in front of lobby entrance actually had cob webs! Rooms are way over prized.
