The room was not 100% clean and there were couple of visible damages but no repairs were done ---- will not want to stay at Econo Lodge again.

Overnight stayPosted Jul 18, 2015
Cons: The phone cords would not stay plugged into the reciever. Th e tub faucet had a.slow drip.
The price was so cheap I didn't have high expectations. I was pleased with the friendly stafff and their helpfulness. The roon was older but very clean and temperature was cool. I slept well, had a hot showere, and breakfast before leaving. It meet all of my expectations and I would stay there again if the need arises.

Great price, location, and dog friendly.Posted May 26, 2015
Pros: Dog Friendly and Great Location.
Cons: Breakfast is so so.
Location: Waffle house next door plus several fast food and an excellent Italian restaurant.
The price was great and the location was perfect for exploring Knoxville. It is right off Interstate 40. We had two small dogs which was only $10 dollars a night for the both of them. We looking to move from Washington DC to Knoxville so we will be back as we start the process of moving.

Terrible experiencePosted May 25, 2015
Pros: Desk attendant was nice, and check in expedient.
Cons: Cleanliness, the hotel is in bad shape and needs updating. Disappointed that smoking/non-smoking was an option instead of a requirement.
I was given a smoking room because the attendant told me Expedia only puts "nonsmoking preferred" in the reservation. The room should have been called "smoking plus". Though the rate was low, it still wasn't the value I was looking for. My kids and I couldn't stay there.

Pleasantly surprisedPosted Feb 26, 2015 on Hotels
Great for an overnight stay. Room 140 is a smoking room, can back right up to the room and load and unload. Shower was clean, towels adequate. Nice place to put computer. Tube TV but gets good reception and stations. WiFi very good, able to connect PC, iPad and phone no problem. Good breakfast, friendly breakfast staff.

Cons: I was disappointed in the eggs for breakfast. Hardboiled! Really? I guess someone's cutting back.
Location: Fast food available just across the street.
While we only stayed overnight on our way out of town, this hotel offered everything you could need. The beds were really comfortable. Pillows could use updating.
