“Just a stop-off”
Just a place to break from driving for the night. Easy access to the highway. Not fancy, not great. Check-in and check-out was fast and uneventful.
“Great value”
Great for the price and good location and check-in hours for my needs.
“A good stay”
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
“Choose Another”
Because this was our first time in Knoxville,Tennessee. We where glad that the reason that we came for cheered us up after being in the room. So if your going to stay for more than one night. Please Choose Another hotel. One night was all we could do, but we didn't have to spend much time in the room. It had an old room smell that was on everything from the AC which was expected but not the roaches. Breakfast was o.k. and the location was great, right next to everywhere we where going, but I would have driven the distance to get away from the room odor and am a guy. It takes alot for me to complain about odors.
“Just Average”
I didn't have a lot of money to spend on a room. So, the price was right and the location was perfect. However, the bathroom had mold on the walls and ceiling, the shower head spewed water in all directions, the room smelled stale and the bed linen was old and worn. The room served its purpose but it was not a pleasurable experience. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and accommodating.
“GHETTO”
Just stayed here for a UT football game. The clothing rack was falling off the wall. We were given 2 paperthin bath towels for 4 people and there was a hole in the wall and cigarette burns all over the sink and bathtub, the tv remote did not work either....OK if you are exhausted from traveling and are going to just pass out. But if you are looking for a place to relax as well, stay somewhere else.
“Disgusting!!!”
The room was disgusting! Mold in the bathroom. Black stains on pillowcases. Dingy towels. We were almost scared to sleep in the room. Stunk of Pinesol so strong we could barely breathe, but nothing was clean!
“We decided not to stay”
We were traveling from MI to FL, and were in the zone by the time we got to Knoxville, so we decided to continue on. Aside from the fact that we wanted to keep driving, we took one look at the place and decided we would be better off at a Holiday Inn or Comfort Inn. When we pulled off the highway, we discovered there wasn't much at the exit. Aside from the gas station and small strip mall (which contained a tatoo parlor and three squad cars) there wasn't much there. The area just didn't feel that safe (also, there were no cars in the Knight's Inn parking lot). The staff in the lobby were pretty nice, though, and the cleanliness of the lobby and its bathroom were up to par.
“Avoid This Place!”
The room was dirty, the employees were rude, and my room was not cleaned two days in a row - no new towels, etc. I specifically requested service, and it still was not provided. Most employees were unable to give simple directions, and they seemed to feel that I was an intrusion on their time.
