Pros: Location.
Cons: Pools PH was to Acidic.
Staff not too friendly when informed that the pools ph was too acidic. Specially the manager.

Beware of this hotel and this chain

I did not like having them borrow $22.20 for 7 to 10 days for possible incidentals. This was not advertised or called for. In the future I will probably never use this hotel chain again. There is probably no limit to how much of my money they might hold at their convenience.

We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We have a credit debit card policy posted at the front desk explaining that when you present a card upon check- in the system will automatically place an authorization hold on your account to cover room and tax plus an additional 15%. This will cover any additional charges to your room in the event you buy market items, have long distance phone calls, etc. We again do apologize and we hope you will continue to stay with the hotel chain.

Very Clean Hotel!

Really clean Hotel. I would like to rate it a five on all accounts, however the The Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. It has two waffle makers, but the mix has a peculiar flavor and the waffles are tough. We will still stay here again but be prepared to go out for breakfast if you like a good breakfast like we do. The elevator clunks and knocks like it is defective. We notified the front desk of our concern. They did not react as though they were very worried about it. We used the stairs for the rest of our 2 day visit.

Dear Valued Guest, We appreciate your feedback and thank you for your praise on the cleanliness of our location. I do apologize you did not enjoy the breakfast. It is the standard for our location but we are conveniently located to the Cracker Barrel for a larger breakfast choice. The elevator is inspected on a monthly and yearly basis from two separate companies. With age it does make noise but nothing to fear from it. We do have stairs located at each end of the hallway in the event you choose to use them. We are so glad you enjoyed your visit with us and we hope to see you in the future.

The hotel had booked young people who literally took over the hotel. I spoke with the desk before going to dinner and they told me there was nothing they would do till after 10 pm. After being woken up repeatedly by 1130 pm I canceled my stay and checked out the next morning.If I hadn't been so exhausted I would have left at 1130 pm. I've accompanied several groups of young people and never have I been so disrespected by the youth, parents and especially the hotel.... I was charged the full rate for then night and SHOULD have been reimburse. The hotel was not able to garentee me a safe, quite nights rest.

Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize for the disturbing noise level during your visit. Groups are set with a 10 P.M. curfew however they have guidelines outlining their behavior and noise level while in house. I am sorry we were not able to do a better job monitoring the level of noise as well. I hope this experience does not effect your hotel choice in the future.
