Our first disappointment was finding we didn't enter our room via interior hallway & elevator, this was not shown on the website pictures. There was a strong smell of urine just outside of our room; the carpet had large stains, the lamp shades were smashed & cracked, the bed sheets had large stains (but did smell clean), the bathroom counter was dirty & sticky.

Worst place I have ever stayed in.

Booked this room as a 2 star hotel through expedia. It was the nastiest room I have ever stayed in so nasty in fact that I left and took a loss on my stay (as I could not receive a refund do to booking it though the website). I booked and paid for other accommodations. Some of the specifics of the experience was the smell of the room which smelled like mildew and just plain dirty. There were dead bugs all over the floor especially along the edge of the room. The floor near the bathroom was wet (not sure what from) and the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, The staff were not friendly and what they called a free continental breakfast was not anything I would trust feeding to my dog. Also the place advertises that they have a pool....it was the weekend of july 4th and it wasn't open and did not appear to have been opened in quite some time. DO NOT STAY HERE.....SAVE YOUR MONEY. This place should not be given a 2 star.

This place was nothing like the pictures. It was old and even though it was being updated still looked rough. Everything in the room was old, from the furniture to the tv. The bed was so uncomfortable you could feel the springs. At least the air conditioner worked excellent.

Dear Sir/Madam, As the property manager I feel very disappointed that we were not able satisfy your stay. We have recently acquired this property and we are trying our best to get this hotel completely renovated and get it going. I am sorry that mattress in your room was not comfortable. We are going to change all the mattress in hotel in up coming weeks, we will also be updating our old furniture by replacing it. Once again, we are very sorry and we promise to do better next time.
