Everything was good except one problem with ants in the room. Room was changed and problem resolved.

The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The rooms very quiet and very close to the airport. They also have a shuttle to the airport and back if you need it.

“Great Hotel, Great Price, Great Service!”

Just completed a 4 week stay at this hotel. The hotel is ideally placed for the airport and about 10 miles from Knoxville City Centre. A taxi to the city is about $25 which is quite a bit and was the only downside of this hotel for me. I had a car and the hotel always had plenty of parking available. The hotel is also located next to many places to eat - many of the big names - Applebees, Subway, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Starbucks all within walking distance so this is a plus. I can't fault the staff in the hotel at all - they were all very welcoming and answered any questions with a smile - I really felt welcome at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was always kept well stocked with a mixture of hot and cold items. If you needed to leave in a hurry they even had bags made up of breakfast items to take away. The room I had a huge queen sized bed which was very comfirtable, a large desk made this ideal for work and the HD flat screen tv, full sized fridge and microwave gave me some of the home comforts I usually miss. The hotel also featured a gym and swimming pool and all for a great price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel close to the airport or for a base to get out and about.

Great place to stay if you are traveling in for a TN ball game easy to come and go and plenty of eating places surround the hotel and other business establishments for your convenient.

“Hampton Inn - TYS”

A nice place to stay - reasonably quiet , clean and off the main Alcoa Hwy as well as far enough from the airport that noise was not an issue. Also close to a variety of reasonably priced restaurants, including McDonalds, Starbucks, etc. A good location if you arrive late at night and then have to travel the next day to a distant location - or have business in Knoxville then want to go to the Smoky Mountains the next day.

Convenient if your business is near the airport. Room was comfortable and clean.

“Not my favorite Hampton”

This Hampton had a wonderful, pleasant staff. Despite all of the lovely folks working there, this Hampton is in need of a makeover. My room was dated and, let's just say I kept my socks on! EEUU!!
