We checked in and the lady at the desk was super friendly gave us some waters for the room. The room was clean and comfortable. Lots of dining options near the hotel we could walk to.

Superb!
My first stay at this particular hotel and I must say, I was blown away (surprised) at how nice this hotel was. My non-suite room was very spacious and clean; I felt I was staying in a 5-star hotel! The front desk staff at check in and checkout were very friendly and professional. Their hot breakfast was far better than others I've had as it included red-skinned potatoes, omelettes, and sausage links - along with the usual components like oatmeal, yogurt, etc. They had several coffee options "on tap" and the dark roasted was surprisingly good. I will definitely stay at this hotel again as I plan to travel to the same area again in the future. There are other lower-cost hotels in the area but this one is a sure bet and you won't regret spending a little extra for a taste of luxury.

Clean room, very friendly staff. Great breakfast!! Stayed in a double queen room, beds seemed a little dated but not to awful bad, was a little over priced but to be expected, we were there for a baseball state tournament. Over all a great place to stay.

Like almost all hotels post Covid, the pillows are awful. The property and the staff were great, but updating pillows would be the best option for guests.

Staff was very friendly. While checking in at shift change, the night desk person was arriving and offered to let us leave our motorcycle at the front but out of the way of the crosswalk. We are always grateful for this privilege. I am a former Marriott and Hyatt manager and appreciate the "hospitality" that she delivered. Check in 05/18/23 @ 10:45pm.

The breakfast time was great, ending at 10am gives the last sleeper enough time eat. The parking was convenient next to the entrance of hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, couldn’t get a nights rest.

I loved the girl at the desk that check me in! She was so sweet, kind and very helpful. Loved having access to coffee 24 hrs a day and the cookies were a good hold over until breakfast the next morning at the hotel Breakfast was also very good. The room was very clean and nice. Check out was a breeze. Great stay, great place.

Have been a guest here often, visiting family in the area and attending UT events. Always a good experience. Only one suggestion: Room 412, the bed closest to the bathroom needs a new mattress, the Grand Canyon runs through the middle of it!

Customer service was wonderful. Everything was clean. I enjoyed my stay overall. I did have to unplug the refrigerator in my room (219) because it was making a humming noise and I couldn’t sleep.

As a premium member the rooms, staff and perks are great. The night manager took care a a small problem promptly and courteously. The bathroom needs some TLC as far as wear with shower head not being perfect in its functioning but all in all a great place to stay.

The room was average but clean. The walk-in shower was in poor condition. The sliding doors were filthy and missing a handle. Also had problems with the electronic room keys. Very pet friendly to their credit.
