“On the way to Hilton Head”

My husband and I thought this was the nicest Hampton Inn we have visited. From the staff to the rooms and eating area, everything was perfect. We were on our way to Hilton Head SC, so this location was excellent... Thanks for the comfortable night..The concierge evev gave us a great recommendation for dinner!!!!!

“Nice hotel”

This hotel was very nice. Great breakfast, food well stocked. Room was nice and clean. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept in. Staff was very nice and helpful. Will stay there again when we go visit our family.

This motel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was great. The pool was nice and clean and the girls had a blast after a day of travel. Breakfast was very good with a good variety of offerings. This will be a repeat stay if we return to Knoxville

Even though this was the number one rated hotel in Knoxville according to Tripadvisor, I had no idea that Hampton Inn's were this nice. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this was my favorite for this price range. Cudos to Ernie and Steven for a smooth, friendly check-in. It was nice to stay in a hotel that was not only spotless (and I mean SPOTLESS), but stay in a hotel that was decorated like an upscale home and not a hotel. Comfy bed, great pillows, beautiful bathrooms and a delicious breakfast in the morning. Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

“Unprecedented Service”

My check-in during PM rush was handled quickly and most effeciently. But the topper was when Ernie, one of the two middle-aged gentlemen on duty, completed the process, he stuck out his hand and said, "Welcome, Ray! My name is Ernie -- we're glad you're here -- if there's anyghing you need or that I can do for you, please give me a call!" I was blown away ! ! In my 40+ years of traveling, never have I had this happen. This set the tone for my visit which was overall just as good as the opener. An outstanding hotel in all respects !!

“Hampton Gold”

The service was extremely friendly all around and the hotel was very clean. Room was a nice size, very clean, and mostly quiet. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

My son and I stayed one night at this hotel. We were taking of tour of the University of Tennessee. The hotel was clean and the decor was nice.The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was really good! We love Hampton Inns, ans this one did not disappoint.

We drove 500 miles that day and the room was spotless and very comfortable. I suggest Pizza from Papa Dom. It was good! Verrry satisfied and would stay there whenever in the area. Bruce and Ro , Mt. Prospect, IL
