Posted Feb 19, 2015
Pros: exercise room great
Cons: layout is awful...elevators in wrong most inconvenient place
Breakfast was lame, not worth 13 bucks, not willing to grant late check out we needed because of swim meet, but did for other teams....everytime I go there I say I want go back. This was the last time

Enjoyed my quick stay for sons College Visit. Friendly staff and quick valet service. Bathroom could be bigger. Beds are comfortable. Very clean hallways, lobby area and the Starbucks was a great hit!! Needed more items in gift shop and not too expensive.

Good Stay at the heart of Knoxville..

Posted Feb 2, 2015
Pros: Location and accessibility.
Cons: rooms standard
Good stay with good access to downtown Knoxville. Calm and rewarding, yet rooms are a bit old and need more renovation to match Hilton Standards worldwide. The hotel is located opposite of the conference center that make it a perfect choice for those who are in business at Knoxville.

Looks like a "Star hotel" from THIRD WORLD COUNTRY

Posted Jan 14, 2015
Pros: The near by restaurants and the hotel staff!
Cons: Don't "VALUE ADD" and sneak up- to extract a few more dollars from the guest. Charge room tariff + give all you can. Just don't nickel and dime!
Location: Great restaurents near by
-ves 1. The hotel is 'dated'. 2. There is no proper closet to hang clothes. 3. The shower has no enclosure except a curtain. 4. There is no tub in the bath room. 5. The shampoo and soaps are scanty- we had to order for more. 6. There is no "free" drining water provided in the room. 7. They charge for parking even through you are a guest at the hotel. +ves 1. The staff is excellent and very helpful 2. The best thing is the walking distance cluster of restaurents.

Great Location- Great Hotel

Posted Dec 28, 2014
Pros: Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They gave us complimentary lounge access because it was my birthday. Very pet friendly staff.
Cons: All of the pets were on our floor, which is fine- except, there were gaps at the bottom of the doors- causing the pets to bark at hallway noise.
Location: Very centrally located. Very close to a little shopping square- and the famous Tupelo Honey.
The hotel is situated in the heart of downtown Knoxville. I was expecting it to be off the beaten path for the rate that I paid.
