“One of the best”
Excellent service, very nice large room, comfortable bed, great location, especially for Vol games.
“Nice downtown location”
It was a quality hotel in a convenient downtown location, close to the highway and walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. The room was high quality as expected. The pool was nice, but surrounded by walls and concrete not greenery, to be expected downtown I guess. Nice patio outside near the Starbucks station. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The parking was a bit inconvenient with a small drop off area and a hot walk to the garage.
“Would recommend”
Friendly clean close to downtown. The parking is a little high priced.
“Anniversary Wish Come True”
The hotel was beautiful and walking distance to Market Sqaure where we ate lunch and shopped. We had requested a nice room since it was our first anniversary, and they put us on the top floor with a beautiful view and a private breakfast area. The service was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it.
“Suprisingly Fine Hotel”
For a small city I was very pleased with the level of experience the staff demonstrated. The diner restaurant was intimate and the food comparable to any large city hotel. The only negative was the very small gift shop/business center which really did not have many basic items, should you forget something.
“Brewer's Jam”
We go to Knoxville every year in October for the Brewer's Jam. The rest of the time we spend hanging out downtown. This is the first time we stayed at the Hilston and we loved it. It's very convenient both to the venue and downtown. We didn't move the car until it was time to go home. Will definetely try to get a room here again next year.
“Romance at the Bijou”
we got to the hotel about 3pm and quickly showered then walked a couple of blocks to the Downtown Grill and Brewery. the food was great and ambiance unbeatable. then we came back and changed for the concert at The Bijou . it was raining after the concert was over and we ran the couple of blocks back to the hotel in the rain. the next morning we walked to a consignment shop in an alley located next to the hotel then grabbed a quick mocha at a coffeeshop just beside it. perfect getaway for a couple in love.
“great location”
Really enjoyed the downtown location of the hotel that allowed access to shopping, restaurants, and historical locations within walking distances of several blocks....Room was updated and very pleasantly decorated, especially loved the mattress and luxury bed linens... I even looked at the name of the mattress to see if I could buy one for my home!
“Great Hotel”
Hotel and staff were great, great location.Easy to get on and off from interstate.
“Loved the people!”
We stopped in Knoxville in early July, and we were very impressed with the people at this hotel. Every person we dealt with was so friendly and helpful! They went beyond our expectations in seving us and making us feel comfortable. Our room had the most beautiful view of Knoxville and the river! We would recommend this hotel, and next time we are in Knoxville, we will stay there again.
