“four star rating”

My experience the Fairfield Inn was wonderful. From the moment my mother and I checked in the staff was very cordial and accomodating. We were able to check in early even though it was a Friday and that was a definite plus. The indoor pool was nice and warm and the continental breakfast was very fresh and more than I expected. The high speed internet being inclusive was the icing on the cake. I would gladly stay there again.

“excellent customer service”

There was a power outage that affected the entire block so we had to wait about an hour to get a room assigned to us which was a bit irritating but out of everyone's control. The man at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that everything else met our expectations. He saved the night for us and was just fantastic!

We had a family reunion in a nearby town, & decided to stay near the airport. This was an awesome choice for us. We never heard any air traffic, and being so close to the airport was great! The hotel had very friendly Staff. The rooms are very fresh & clean. The beds were so comfortable. We slept very well. There are several great places to eat with in a few miles, that are easy to find. Our family enjoyed this hotel and recommends it very highly.

“Every time I'm in TN. I'm there ! Knoxville's best inn.”

Our trip to Tn. for our son's wedding was quite an experience . Between the lay over in Denver , ( it only has 99 gates ) , and almost a loosing a piece of luggage there , not to mention no food on either flight which by the way started at 6am from Oakland , Ca. , when we checked in at the hotel i finally felt at home . We always stay at the Marriott whenever we travel . The Marriott in Monterey is our favorite vacation spot so when we travel its only to a Marriott if possible . This one was just what i expected and more . From the indoor heated pool , the gym , internet , 24 hour coffee and snacks , great free breakfast , and beautiful rooms I couldn't believe the information only gave it two stars . It was 5 stars in my book and I'm sure we'll be staying there again in the near future .

“Fairfield stay”

The room was nice the way they make the bed is pretty. The bathroom had hair in the shower and could have been cleaner. The food was excellent for breakfast lots to pick from and clean. The room was quite beening so close to the airport.

“Excellent hotel near to the Knoxville, TN airport”

Very fine hotel-wonderful staff-gave me great directions to Pidgeon Forge, TN (I got lost the last time that I visited). The breakfast was excellent; also, they picked me up and took me back to the airport with only a phone call-I didn't have to wait for any schedule. Highly recommended.

“Perfect fit.”

We stayed at this hotel because of it's proximity to the Knoxville airport and to a family gathering in Sevierville. Although the hotel breakfast was very good, the hotel's proximity to a Starbucks was a bonus since we like our coffee very strong. The combination of factors was a perfect fit for us.

“Good Stay”

Everyone friendly, great location (couldn't even hear the planes taking off and it's right across the street from the Knoxville airport), great breakfast and the beds were very comfortable. Only the bathroom hairdryers were not up to par, but other than that, great deal.
