Great Service, Done Well!

Posted Apr 28, 2015
This is an older hotel in Knoxville, and actually somewhat of an iconic triangular building of the Downtown Knoxville skyline. I am a local and chose to stay here a couple of nights, as I was on-call for work. The Marriot put me closer to my facility in the event of an emergency, which afforded me peace of mind, as I am normally an hour away from work at my home. The staff still have me extraordinary attention, despite knowing I was a local. I observed equal service to all guests from VIP's to me. I will surely stay again the next time I am on call. It is a far better accommodation than the downtown Knoxville, where I have also stayed.

Very good

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: Very comfortable
Checkin was pleasant. A bit of a walk from downtown but there is a free trolley that rins by the hotel every 10 minutes or so and takes you downtown in about 5-10 minutes.

This was our first stay here and it was really nice and close to downtown without being right in the middle of town. We stayed there while attending the Fleetwood Mac concert, which was awesome by the way! The hotel and staff were excellent and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
