“Great Experience/Definitely Recommend!!!”

Everything was what I expected it to be and I was very pleased with the service, cleanliness of the room, the continental breakfast, and the location to the interstate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would stay here again. I stayed here for a business trip which lasted a week.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely professional and polite. Our room was very nice and the bed was a perfect dream. The is going to be my choice for future visits to Knoxville ! I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a good nights rest in a comfortable bed. Oh, and the checkout time of noon is by far the neatest thing. You don't feel rushed to get out of your room like many places I have stayed The breakfast was very fulfilling and That alone for just 2 people saved us 15 to 20 dollars for food !

“very nice”

This hotel was extremely clean. The room was done in all white including the comforter, which makes me think it is cleaned everytime someone stays there. The only problem with this room ws it was very small but i would swap small foe clean.

Very nice and clean place for an extremely reasonable rate, not downtown, but only 10-min drive away.

My husband and I stopped here for the night during our road trip. We were very impressed with the value of the room. It was small, but very clean and well kept. The bed was more comfortable than more expensive hotels that we've visited! We would stay again if we are in the area.

“Nice place to stay....”

This is a nice place. I have stayed here a few times before and will stay here again. The employees are very nice. The only this is that I put money in the drink machine and it kept my money and didn't give me a drink. The manager said that they weren't responsible for the drink machine, there fore I lost my money and didn't get a drink. If a company puts a machine in your place of business, you should be responsible for it for money refund at least.

The people working there were very nice and friendly. My room was clean. It was quiet. I enjoyed my stay, very nice. I will stay there again.

“Microtel Knoxville Tennessee”

Greeting was friendly enough; but not as friendly as its sister hotel in Hamburg, Pennsylvania. Mattress lumpy and uncomfortable.

“Great Business Hotel; Probably Not For Vacationers”

I had a great stay and came and went approximately three times over the 8 days and came back to the same hotel after my satellite visits. The hotel needs small repairs on a number of little things like night door latches that are loose, my room telephone did not work, but they offered to fix it immediately, I just had a cellular phone, so I didn't need them to do it. Staff was very pleasant overall! They were always willing to help me with whatever I needed during my stay. This is my third time staying in this hotel. I must say that I really like their pillow-top plush mattresses too! It has great access to West Knoxville and the interstate with plenty sit-down dining establishments within walking distance. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

“Name says it all! Comfy beds! Great for the price!”

Microtel. Everything shrunk down but all you need. No bells and whistles. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean. Only negative was the built in blow dryer was worthless. Bring your own if you need one! Overall would recommend for the price.
