Clean hotel with comfortable beds and desk. Staff gave great service. Very quiet. Skip the continental breakfast.

Awesome hotel at an awesome price

We stayed 2 nights at the Quality Inn/Alcoa--very clean hotel--lady at front desk was there the entire weekend and was cheerful and very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

I was here for a week and the staff was good then. I then had my returning flight cancelled and they were incredible at getting me a room and paying for a cab to pick me up at the airport and bring me back. The second flight was cancelled as well the staff was even more incredible then making sure the close by restaurants gave me 10% off and calling at midnight as well as 3 AM to make sure the cab was here at 4 AM to get me.

If you don't smoke, bring glade or air wick!

I booked a non-smoking room and called the hotel to confirm a room on the second floor. I arrived and found out that my room was on the third floor and smells like sigarates. I complained and the staff said there is nothing they can help with and I can look for another hotel if I don't like my current room. They didn't apologize or offer anything to fix the problem. They were rude and didn't care at all about my complain. Unfortunately, I booked for 2 days. So, the second day, I bought air wick and glade to help in reducing the smoke smell. Only that helped in avoiding the awful smell! For sure, I will not stay again in this awful hotel!

loved this hotel. Bathroom and tub a bit small. Also water not as hot as I like. Great and extremely comfy bed! Staff was terrific. Location very nice. Had a very nice desk. Wifi very good. Overall loved this place.
