Even though the hotel was older it was very very clean. I am very picky about my rooms, i always take clorox with me when I travel to spray the tub, shower, sink, toilet. Most times they really need it, this Ramada did not. I have stayed at alot of hotels, from inexpensive to very expensive, the Ramada was a steal and it was one of the best. I don't know if all Ramada's are like this one but I will check out a Ramada the next time I travel. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. I cant say enough about this Hotel. So many times we always have something to say when something is wrong, I am pleased to give great reviews for this Ramada. Thanks to the staff. If you are ever in town visit The Ye Olde Steak House, it was on the Man vs Food show and if you like steak you will love this place. A little pricey but worth every penny. Thanks again to the Ramada staff.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Our room was was very clean and the hotel offered great amenities.

“Great Location”

This hotel is right in the middle of a commercial section which some people might not like. I like it because it is close to shopping, restaurants, supermarkets and I-40 for easy accrss to other areas of Knoxville. The room was clean and well appointed with a balcony overlooking a nice tree. The only thing missing was a comfortable lounge chair in which to relax after a long day of travel or outings. .

Although this hotel is sandwiched in between a freeway and a four lane highway, the sound level was acceptable and the staff were very nice. The breakfast was also nice.

Not downtown, but easy access to mall, restaurants, and highway. Highway side rooms can be noisy.

Clean, comfortable, friendly hotel for a good price, and even refundable through Expedia. I did not use the pool or hot tub. Breakfast was good...standard waffles, etc.
