Decent, but not amazing.Posted Mar 1, 2015
Pros: hotel staff
Hotel staff is very friendly and the price is very reasonable, those are the best parts about this hotel. The room is lacking in cleanliness (areas of the carpet not being vacuumed, gum stuck to floor) and the bathroom was not great. Rusty ceiling tiles, dirty floor, continuously leaking shower that didn't turn off. Overall, you get what you pay for, and if you're on a budget, this place should be fine.

Nice place only missing a major brand name.Posted Feb 26, 2015
Pros: Good price, handy location, clean and comfortable, easy in/out, easy wifi, OK breakfast...
Cons: They didn't hand out local or national newspapers.
Location: It's minutes from downtown, UT, Kingston Pike...
Friendly staff, clean room, easy, wifi, OK breakfast - what else do want at a motel?

Did the job.Posted Feb 23, 2015
Room was clean. Snow storm effected staff levels so room did not get cleaned after day 1 but as long as you don't live like a slob you shouldn't need to have the room done after a day right??? Staff was nice. Only thing I think is the breakfast items should have been left out a bit longer due to the weather from the day before to make up for the rooms not getting done but all in all will repeat on next trip to Knoxville.

A nice basic hotelPosted Feb 22, 2015
Pros: Price and very nice staff
Cons: Work out room, Ellipse was broken at the time. Other equipment worked.
Location: About four miles from University of Tennessee. Easy access to the highway.
Staff was nice and the rooms were clean. The facilities were reasonably maintained. Really couldn't get a better deal for the price. Hotel servered basic fair for breakfast. Cereals, breads, but also had Egg and Sausage included in breakfast.

Basic hotel off the interstatePosted Feb 3, 2015
Pros: Price, clean, breakfast.
Cons: A few minor repairs in the bathroom.
Location: Close to downtown Knoxville.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is an older one in need of basic repairs. Rusty ceiling in shower, bathroom faucet leaked, bed was not comfortable. Room seemed clean and maids did a great job. A few updates would go a long way, but at $50 a night I guess you can't complain too much. My husband used the work out room and it was sufficient for his treadmill use. The breakfast was good in the morning, the only thing I would have liked was yogurt that was missing.

Diisapointed in Red Roof for the first time.Posted Feb 2, 2015
Pros: Great service.
Cons: Break down and buy some soft mattresses. I always stayed at Red Roof...until now!
Fred Filntstone has softer beds! I didn't sleep a wink!

Easy to get toPosted Jan 29, 2015
Pros: Location and pricing
Cons: Bathroom ceiling needs to be replaced.
Location: It is close to everything, easy to see from the freeway and easy to get to.
This hotel was right off the freeway and easy to get to. There was some rust on the ceiling in the bathroom, but overall, a nice stay.
