We got there well after 2 pm checked in the room door was open and the cleaning staff had dripped the bed but the room was not ready. We left came back after an hour. We were able to drop off luggage and barely make our event start time.

Clean room, could use new linens and towels (very threadbare). Staff members all very courteous and helpful. Don't forget to feed the cats out in the back parking lot (don't worry, they live in the field and are not noisy)! I would stay here again.

Pros: My family enjoyed the breakfast every morning.
Cons: Fix all the issues mentioned earlier.
Location: We were there to clean out an old family home.
I waited for 15 minutes to get checked in. They never cleaned our room the whole time we were there. The wi fi bounced in out making it difficult dealing with my employer. The owner said we only booked for two people and that we owed him eighty dollars for the other two people for the four days. These was brought up because we had to ask for more towels. The room it self was not cleaned and the fridge kept kicking off. Last but not least the washer and dryer were both broke.

It was a very clean and comfortable room. Judy at front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good, area was clean and neat. Woild recommend to everyone!

Pros: Nice staff. Tried to help within their limitations.
Cons: Maintenance issues abounding. Non-working refrigerator with mold in the room.
Location: Baskin Robbins
My wife, daughter and I stayed here on a return trip from Charleston, SC. We had changed our hotel to this one so our daughter could enjoy more of the TN landscape. Being from Illinois, we don't get to see mountains ever, so this was a treat. The check in went alright and the desk staff was quite friendly and helpful. We went to the 2nd floor room and the key card would not work. The light didn't even light up. Went back to the desk, and she quickly offered another room. Before giving us this room, she realized it too, had a lock issue. Finally she offered to put us in to "one of the really nice rooms" on the first floor which I agreed to. The only catch...this room had a lock issue as well, and when we needed back in, we'd have to go to the front desk to have them unlock the door, which they did without issue. The washer and dryer were out of service, and you could tell in the room that they had attempted to upgrade this room. It was a double king bed vs . the double queen which I had booked. There were laminate floors installed which was a nice touch, but the workmanship was shoddy at best. When walking on the floor, you could feel the planks give and separate a bit in certain spots. Check out went smoothly. I mentioned the myriad of issues I found with the room with the nice front desk lady (different from check in), from the tub draining poorly, to chunks of the drywall missing, to the non working and moldy refrigerator in the room.

First impression, I walked into the receptionist desk. There was an autistic new employee that was being trained. I have so much for that manager who will hire people with disabilities. Friendliest staffs you will meet. I got my room. It was extremely clean. I am so happy. I walked out of the office saw the pool. It was so clean that I wanted to jumped in. Ok Here is the story. I am a medical student. I drive from city to city 15hrs road trip is a routine for me every four weeks. I stayed at MANY hotels. This is by far sub-$100 hotel that is best. I normally stay at Best Western Inn but then again over $150 per night is not a good budget. My room was super clean, fresh, and cool at the right temperature that I did not even touch anything. Must stay to see the best.

The place is under renovation, so the rooms are a little worn, but it's clean and the people are nice.
