Room was clean and bed was comfortable.Posted May 10, 2015
Breakfast was weak. Staff was helpful in finding us a better one than the noisy first choice.

Breakfast not so hotPosted Apr 24, 2015
The breakfast was a little cold, old, rubbery, and the juice machine wasn't working right. But the overall stay was very good.

Worth the pricePosted Apr 15, 2015
The staff was overall very pleasant, except for one person at front desk he was very inattentive and rude. Room was average with outdated equipment. I grabbed a towel and the rack completely fell apart.hair dryer was a no-go. Breakfast was basic and great for a one or two night stay, anything longer your eating the same thing every morning. Pool was a nice bonus. Would recommend a room on first floor, there is no elevator.

Honesty and integretyPosted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: Great staff!!!!!
I did the unthinkable. After leaving the hotel and driving three hours towards home, I realized I'd left my wallet in the hotel room! Mr. Patel and staff were tremendous; finding my wallet and overnighting it to me. The hotel was great but what was exceptional was the honesty of the staff. Tell them I said hi!

This was very good.Posted Apr 3, 2015
Pros: The staff was very nice.
Cons: This was an older hotel. Maybe a little remodel to polish things up a bit.
Location: There was too much to do in Knoxville. We have to come back to finish the Smokey Mountains and Dollywood.
This place was excellent. We were late checking in, but we still got a good room. The lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. (We couldn't believe you had sausage, gravy, and biscuits!) The indoor pool was very relaxing before our trip back home. This was much better than the Hilton at one third of the price. We will be back. Thank You to everyone.

Bed was hard, the service was marginalPosted Mar 30, 2015
The bed was as hard as a rock and the front desk treated us as if he wished we weren't there. The room was dirty and in need of repair also there was no iron in the room and the breakfast almost made me puke.

Pet FriendlyPosted Mar 21, 2015
Pros: Pet friendly.
Cons: Sound proof the rooms. There was a constant drone from I-40.
Location: Several restaurants.
My wife and I stayed one night with our dog. It was a good stay, and the hotel is pet-friendly. There are several restaurants nearby, as well as easy access to I-40. The area felt safe to us. My only "beefs" are the constant noise from vehicles passing on I-40, which is about 300 feet away; and no elevator to the second floor. If you're a light or finicky sleeper, maybe look elsewhere. It was no problem for my wife or I, but it is noticeable.

okay for the pricePosted Mar 16, 2015
Over night stay on a quick trip to Knoxville. Don't stay here if you expect a 4 or even 3 star hotel. The room was adequate, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean enough. The room and bathroom are showing their age. It needs to be freshened up. The breakfast food was okay, the lady working in there did a great job keeping it stocked and clean. However the hotel needs to put a sign up telling people to wear shoes before entering the breakfast area. Also when did it become okay to walk around in your pjs out in public. One more thing the smoking area needs to be moved away from the front door. You have to walk the cancer gauntlet to get inside.
