Not the greatest of placesPosted Oct 1, 2012 on Hotels.com
This seems to be a hotel that was fairly decent at one time, but has become rundown. There was a dirty sock on the dresser of our room when we checked in. The shower had soap scum and the sheets needed to be thrown away and replaced. The service desk at check in seemed a little clueless on the operations of Hotels.com. Anyway the rate was ok, but I know I won't be going back to that hotel again for any of my business in Knoxville.

Knoxville Tn. Sleep inn national guard duty weekenPosted Sep 11, 2012 on Hotels.com
The hotel was a great value for the features and the convenience of the location for my wife to shop. A couple extra miles from my unit location. Which was fine. Nice clean room with microwave/ frig. Etc. Only one issue, the listed breakfast time was from 6 to 10 AM. Breakfast was not put out until 0645AM. I was only able to get a muffin and a banana on my way out the door. It appeared that the hotel employee was late getting to work, i could not be late by waiting on him to finish getting everything in to its place. I will stay there again, but i would next time call the manager and report this type issue. It would have been an above average stay and breakfast it not for the listed situation. Still a great value overall.

A good night's restPosted Jul 24, 2012 on Hotels.com
The room we had at the Sleep inn Knoxville was excellent. Very comfortable bed, good appointments. I will say that the outside groundskeeping and general appearance of the outside of the hotel could use some needed attention but the room and the breakfast were excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

Very Sketchy PlacePosted Dec 26, 2011 on Hotels.com
I'm not sure if it was the time I was traveling or what, but when I arrived at the hotel, there was only two cars there, and one was the person at the desk; but it was quiet. The quality of the room was a bit run down. I shower did not seem very clean, and I honestly worried that the bedsheets had not been changed. Also, I'm not sure if it's a common thing with the Sleep Inn, but the small square pillows proved to be uncomfortable. On the contrary, the staff was very friendly, but being that I was one of only 2 to 3 other guests in the entire hotel, I can see why. Overall, I wouldn't necessarily recommend this hotel. It was ok enough for me since I was just passing through the city, but certainly not a place where you want to spend multiple days.
