I drove from Orlando and stayed the night at this hotel, it’s nice and clean and they have very nice staff. The location is very strategic but it needs sound proofing to isolate the highway noise.

Traveling with 13 teenagers, we don't expect to be welcomed with much excitement. Your staff was not only pleasant, but also patient, and smiled the whole time. The whole place was very clean and well-appointed.

Both rooms i got put in had urine and hair on the outside of the toilets, hair in the showers, stuff all over the floor including garbage, hairs on all pillowcases and hair between the sheets. Stains on both of those as well. Dried toothpaste on the sink counter and fixtures, dried food in the microwave, smears all over the mirrors.

Great location! Comfy but can get noisy
The area is very safe and we liked that a lot!! The hotel was mostly clean but one of the beds had a stained comforter… nothing gross looked like a food stain but that was a little disappointing. Beds were comfortable. The room was very big and spacious, very happy with that! Check in and check out was easy as pie, very smooth and we really liked that! The families on our floor and under us were VERY NOISY slamming their doors, running up and down the hall and the people under us must have been trashing their room because for about an hour (around 10-11pm) there was so much noise!! We didn’t bother calling the front desk bc we were so tired and were hoping the other neighbors would call. We recognize the hotel cannot control the lack of respect from its guests so we look for excellent rating hotels that encourage respect for other guests. We travel through here often. The price for this hotel was much higher traveling back so we will be trying another hotel nearby on our way back home to compare. Had the price been the same or lower we would have stayed again to see if it was just a fluke with the families that had stayed around us the first time because other than that, we were pretty satisfied with our stay for the initial price.

Bed was firm and clean. Shower had surface to prevent us old folk from slipping and a nice grab bar too! We really liked the large bathroom with door between shower, toilet and the mirror/vanity. Everything was very clean and welcoming!

Great Location
This property has a great location, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly, and property was clean and maintained. Only suggestion for improvement, would be cooking the hot items on the breakfast a bit longer, especially the breakfast meat. Would stay at this property again if in the area. Thank you.

Very convenient with restaurants attached to giant parking lot. Easy parking friendly front desk service. Appreciate it greatly extra early Check in for the four rooms of the travelers who had traveled overnight straight through from Texas. The only reason why you got four star for facilities is due to the layout of the room. it would be nice if the bathroom area was located in a way that would not disturb the other sleeping people in the room. We will definitely use this hotel again and again service was five star price was excellent. Location was perfect.

What a nice property. The room we stayed in was a suite— complete with a walk-in closet. The entire hotel is immaculate, including the back stairs. What a shame we couldn’t stay longer. The only negative was the traffic noise from the nearby highway.
