“Bristol race”

The Super 8 Motel was clean and the staff was very helpful. The only problem we had was I booked a non-smoking room through the Expedia website, but when we got to the hotel, they said it was "just a request for the non-smoking room". The only room they had saved for me was a smoking room. Ordinarily this would not be a problem, but I have moderately severe asthma, and smoking aggravates it. We stayed at this hotel because there were not any hotels closer to Bristol, Tennessee where the Sprint Cup race was being held. The hotel was close to several drugstores, and a few chain restaurants, but no major shopping malls. I would stay there again, but next time, I will talk to the hotel manager myself, and make sure a non-smoking room is reserved for me.

“Single mother with three boys.....felt safe and comfortable !!”

I was traveling alone with three young boys, and staying in Knoxville for a week, I felt safe and comfortable the entire stay! We were attending a global competetion nearby and would come and go throughout the day and night. The staff was great, the people that we met staying there were friendly also. The neighborhood was clean, well lite, and safe. I was able to walk to several stores and shops, as well as having delivery services for food. There was excellent restaurants, book stores, thift stores, and numerous other places for my children and I to visit, all within walking distance. Room service was excellent and trustworthy, and they made sure that we had everything that we needed at all times. Due to a death in my immediate family, our trip had to be cut short, and the staff expressed their sympathy to our family, which meant alot to us. The Christian Group from Indiana that we met up with late one night in the breakfast room, was fabulous! I regret not getting an address for them, to thank them for everything that they have done for me and my boys. I will definately keep your info handy and plan on staying here again when we visit Knoxville in the future! Im completely impressed, and the price was great when your on a tight budget.

“Great cheep hotel!”

At this hotel, you get was you pay for. It is a great CHEEP hotel to spend the night, it was a halfway spot for us to sleep then continue driving the next day. Upon arrival the staff greeted us and were very friendly. The room we stayed in was large and clean. We did not utilize the breakfast bar as we over slept, but the staff told us it was available. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. This hotel was right off of the hwy, easy to jump right back into driving the next day..
