Pleasant staff. Good size, modern rooms. Clean. Located close to highway. Breakfast was just OK. Only hot food was pancakes.

Decent room for anyone on the road

Posted Jul 9, 2014
Pros: Good rate
Cons: general maintenance
This is a decent room for anyone that is "on the road" travelling it is not a vacation destination. The room was clean and odor free, but the bathroom could use some maintenance and the A/C unit was noisy. The floors are not insulated well and you can hear the guests walking around in the unit above quite clearly, so get an upstairs unit if you don't want to be disturbed.

Great place for on a budget

Posted Jul 8, 2014
We needed a place to stay the night who could accept pets at a reasonable rate. This place filled that need when everything in the area of pigeon forge and gatlinburg being so over priced. The room had two lamps that didn't work and an air conditioning unit that was almost as loud as a small generator. Soon the ac unit worked and our night was great. Breakfast was very sparse and it was hard to find anything besides a waffle or cereal to eat, however for what we paid, I feel it was a great stay.

Our weekend trip.

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: The location was easy to get to, and close to our intended vacation location. Our room was cool, the air conditioner worked great!
Cons: Bathroom could be cleaner (hair on the floor) and we had to ask for a roll of toilet paper.
Location: We only spent the night to attend the daylily festival and didnt get a chance to see anything else in the area. The hotel is close to shopping.
My husband and I attend the Oakes Daylilly festival every year in Corryton TN. The hotel was within 15 miles of Oakes, cheaper by $40 per night than the other hotels just across the instate and the room was just as nice! We spent the money we saved on a nice dinner and more daylilies!

Inexpensive hotel, needs a little TLC

Posted Jun 24, 2014
Staff was very friendly, room was value priced. Doors are external. Room was very basic, but clean. The rack on the wall that you should put hangers on was pulled out of the wall part way. The toilet lid was a little cracked. If you need a very basic inexpensive hotel, this was okay. It's pet friendly too. Rooms could benefit from some touching up on maintenance items, maybe some updating. Breakfast was a nice touch.

Breakfast was all but gone by 8:15. The floor in our room was not level at all. The room was clean as well as the lobby area
