Alot more than i expected for a 3 star hotel. Granted it was a small room it was very clean, and well maintained. Wish it had a microwave was my only real complain, everything else was amaizing!

Great hotel and close to the train station and 20 minutes from the center of Osaka. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to stay just outside the city center and be still be a ride away to the city.

A nice hotel with decent sized comfortable rooms. The TV was a little dated, with no online connection. The staff were professional and friendly. The buffet breakfast was amazing!

This hotel is far from station, very old and dirty. inexperienced staff, food is terrible, not worth for what you pay and not recommended at all.

Helpful reception staff. Breakfast choices ok if you like typical Asian style. The corridor to our room smelt terrible and the room was not much better. A lot of old grime in them carpets. A mystery escape hatch in the corner with a tiny door that we wouldn’t of fitted through! Plenty of toiletries. We took several taxis to the station and the price varied immensely even though they all seemed to be the same company/owner.

They gave me a smoking room which I didn’t appreciate at all, but they were able to change rooms, so st the end I was happy. It is clean hotel, good service and smooth check in procedure. Over all I was happy.

Very friendly front desk staff. Rooms can be a little more updated but overall happy with our stay. We booked a double but ended up getting upgraded to a large room with large bed without even asking. Very close to the train station; 30 mins to main Osaka My favorite was the top floor bar with an amazing view. Will stay again

Nice clean hotel in the area
Came back here for the last night in Amagasaki and everyone was extremely kind when checking in late at night. I would definitely recommend coming back here again in the future if youre ever in the area. Very clean and hospitable.

A very nice and clean hotel in Amagasaki
A very nice hotel located in Amagasaki. It was very clean and everyone was very kind. The only complaint I have is that, like most hotels in this area, communicating via English was somewhat difficult. Basic English was fine but even when asking about how to turn on the A/C I had difficulty. Lucky for me my girlfriend is Japanese so she took care of most of talking. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good as a business trip base
This hotel is in the midst of industrial city Amagasaki, and very convenient as your business trip base due to its location. The nearest railway station is Hanshin-Amagasaki, within ~10 min walk: this station is connected to both Kobe and Osaka in ~20 and ~10 min. Taxi ride ~10 min leads you to JR Amagasaki stn, and ~15 min to most of the factories and companies in the city. In addition, Meishin (Nagoya-Kobe) and Hanshin (Osaka-Kobe) high-speed toll roads are within 10 min. Thus, you can take this hotel as a base for sight-seeing Kobe, Osaka, Nara, or Kyoto. Parking lots are available (US$4/stay). The rooms, staffs, and meals are good. A few min walk leads you to a good Japanese style restaurant, serving Shabu-Shabu, Kama-meshi, Sushi, Kushi, or other.

Great Hotel for the Price; No Complaints!
This was a great hotel. It was clean, had comfortable beds, clean rooms, helpful staff, and best of all was very cheap for the quality. It was a little outside of Osaka City but the trip to Universal Studios by train from this hotel takes about 25 minutes. We didnt get meals at the hotel but theres a Denny's right down the road and other restaurants and cafes nearby. Definitely plan to use again if we go back that way!

Amagasaki next to Osaka
Amagasaki was destroyed in the Kobe quake and is completely new and renovated. This hotel is new and convenient in that it is connected to the station and malls via a skywalk. Very modern area, clean and urban. Staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast included with our room. Very good value.

Modern hotel, far from Osaka
Pros: nice & new property, decent size room. Room is very clean & modern looking. Cons: we were given a smoking room even though we requested a non smoking. The bed wasn't very comfortable. This hotel is far from Osaka. There aren't many restaurants or shopping around. The closest is Amagasaki station, which is about 10 minutes walk. Directions: from JR station Shin Osaka, go to JR Osaka station. Then walk to Umeda station (Hanshin line). Take Hanshin to Amagasaki station. If you are already in Osaka, you can go to Amagasaki directly from Namba station on Hanshin line.

Great rooms, but no wifi
We had a really great stay here. Everything was very nice, and not too expensive. The hotel was very close to the train station, so it was just a quick ride away from Osaka central. The room itself was super clean, and each day the robes and amenities were replenished. The provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, facial wash, cotton pads and buds, razors, shower caps, toothbrushes and paste... But we especially liked wearing the yukata robes, very Japanese! Our only problem was that the hotel had stated "free wifi", when in fact the wifi was limited to the downstairs lobby only and was quite slow. If you're someone who needs their wifi fix, this may be an issue. Also, our Japanese was not very good (read: essentially non-existent) so we occasionally had trouble communicating with the front desk, but that's a Japan-wide thing, and probably our problem for not learning enough. Overall it was a great stay.

A gem in the suburbs of Osaka
We used this hotel with a car. There was ample parking with the fee much cheaper than the surrounding parking lots plus in&out privileges. The rooms were also very clean and had great views of the neighborhood. The building itself is one of the biggest around, so you should have little problem finding it. The Amagasaki Station (Hanshin) also has a direct airport bus service every 20-30 min. The hotel itself is a couple hundred meters from the station (probably about a 7-8 min walk). Be careful about the confusion between the JR station with the same name though. This hotel is close to the Hanshin line, not the JR Amagasaki station.

Nice Hotel but one significant problem
The rooms are well appointed, quiet and of a good size. The restaurants are all decent and a good value. There is fast wired internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby. Only one English speaking station (BBC) on the TV but the TV is HD and has plenty of HDMI connections. Staff at desk speaks adequate English, but not enough for anything other than the basics. The only drawback to the room is the bed is extremely firm with no padding. For anyone not used to this type of bed or mattress, could be a problem. At least, it was for me.

The hotel is located just a short walk from the bustling shopping district in Amagasaki. We were only there one night and did not partake of any of the hotel services other than the guest room. The pros include a very affordable rate, comfortable bed, excellent water pressure in the shower, friendly and helpful front desk staff and proximity to shopping and restaurants. The cons include no in-room Wifi (only available in the lobby) and a strong lingering cigarette smell in the room (labeled as non-smoking but clearly overlooked by previous guests).
