“This is the place to stay”

This hotel has all you need to enjoy your time in Thailand. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure you wanted for nothing. We stayed here November this year for about 10 days. Food at the restaurant was very good and happy hour lasted a good part of the day. There are several good restaurants outside of the hotel in walking distance as well. The beach at the hotel has white sand and of course you can order messages, drinks and food right on the beach. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and attend training classes frequently to update their customer skills. Khun Supit the hotel manager greeted us most every day and worked tirelessly for all the guests. Chaweng Beach is a very good area to stay especially for first timers. We would definitely stay at this hotel the next time we go. WiFi works, if you have trouble just select a different hotel hot spot and you should be fine. We changed hot spots a few times to improve access.

“Great hotel for a couple or family”

Excellent, excellent staff. They made my experience so much better. This hotel was located at an excellent beach. They do their best to maintain their hotel and provide amenities in terms of mosquitoes control and etc. It is really the weather that brings mosquitoes and ants, but I was not too crazy about seeing lots of mosquitoes and ants. However, I would definitely return here if I ever visit Koh Samui again.

“Perfect hotel for my first time in Samui”

Everything about this hotel was great. The only downside is that it's about a half mile south of the action. I'll probably stay somewhere up the road a little next time and hope it is as clean and nice as this place. Also nice pool and complimentary breakfast. They also serve you drinks on the beach - it's right on the beach!
