I love the sea and beach so this is a terrific choice. The staff are wonderful - friendly and helpful. My room was clean though sparce (could have used a chair but didn't think to ask). I had a fan only in March and it was adequate. My deck had 2 chairs and a table so I could read there or head for the beach. The lounges are comfortable and the beach clean. The pool is nice but the steps are deep so difficult for an older person with bad knees to get in and out of. The food is terrific and reasonably priced. I hated to leave and will certainly go back (if there are any rooms left after you read this!). I highly recommend anyone looking for a lower budget comfortable stay to try Samui Beach Resort. It is not 5 star but you feel like it in the service. Enjoy!

“great place”

The hotel is right on the beach with a pool, has a bar with a restaurant, and has internet. The owner is super. I'm a budget traveler because I came for a few months. I would recommend getting a room with A/C as the heat and humidity was almost unbearable for me. Wednesdays there is a beach BBQ. The rooms are small and basic so don't expect 5 star or luxury accommodations, but what you get for the price makes it outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to others.
