Wonderful Stay. Hi.
Wonderful hosts. Friendly. Warm. Family atmosphere. Water, pristine. Like a giant swimming pool at the end of your room. Lovely home cooked Thai breakfast. Highly recommend.

What can I say about this amazing hotel? Its the second time I have stayed here and first of all as always as I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome. Recently to cut a long story short I am not long back from what was an amazing holiday but unfortunately I was involved in a motorcycle accident that left me very shaken, hurt and scared. The staff at this hotel were like my saviours and cannot recommended this resort highly enough. I will forever be grateful for there professional service and support at what was a very difficult time for me. They helped me in everyway possible way from discounted accommodation to helping me with personal care of my injuries. To even running me to and helping deal with banking. If it wasn't for the staff at this resort giving me care beyond of there requirements I don't know who I would have coped. They made what was an incredibly difficult time a lot easier especially being away from home. Treated like family. As always the food was to thee highest standard and I cannot wait to return. Great family run resort with stunning views. Cya soon :)

Nice place.
Staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially the lady who checked me in. Very quiet and relaxed. But out of the way but there is scorer hire. Food was yummy.

Air conditioning is on a short timer. Waking up sweaty every 15 mins to turn on the ac is not a good experience The washroom smelled like raw sewage and every time the door opened it would seep into the room. We booked 3 nights but left after the first. Horrible experience.

Best resort for the price!!!!
This is my go to place to stay on he island. It's so cheap, and it's just as comfortable as the high priced resorts. I've stayed in every type of room in this hotel. I recommend staying in the concrete rooms. Either the hotel rooms, family room, twin room (and there's one sea ciew bungalow that's a concrete). Most bungalows are made of all wood and they have holes in the floors and are a little more likely to have bugs come in

Average hotel. Restaurant has nice and cheap options. A genuine 3 star hotel I would say. Room is decent nice pool with good view. And most of the staff are great people! Would stay again after looking around first.

budget hotel infront of the beach
Spent 2 nights for the fullmoon party. The room given to us has a massive beach rock in the bathroom! Very unpleasant when showering and have a rock next to you. Rooms are tidy with a beachfront view, great swimming pool with a fun filled slide, but other then that its nothing special. It's far away from the market food, hotel charges 100 baht to take you out there or you can hire a scooter for 300bht for 24hrs. Overall it would of been a great bugdet hotel if I didn't get the rock in the room.

spectacular views and great staff
our family stayed for four nights. The cost was reasonable. The staff went out of their way to provide good service. When an a/c unit did not work they provided an alternative arrangement that was better than could be expected. Room was always clean, and the view over the bay from the balcony stunning. One gorgeous pool is linked to another one via a 15 meter long slide - great fun for kids and adults. We didn't want the party scene and didn't have it or have to hear it. Great all around

We stayed in a cool bungalow right next to the pool and beach. The bar staff was cool, great place to hang out at night if you want to chill out, drink, listen to music, and eat some good food. The breakfast was great as well. I love the layout of the bungalow area. The location was ideal, far enough away from the party areas, but not too far (15 minute tuk tuk ride). The staff was great. I stayed here for 4 nights. Of my 3 week Asia trip, this was my favorite place, I miss it already! You get more than you pay for here....I recommend this to anyone, and definitely plan on being back.

Room comfortable and clean however did not look like the pictures. Cutlery dirty at breakfast. Waiting staff not the most pleasant. Rented a scooter which was great and a good price and we had no problem. Would recommend this as not much around this area in a walking distance. Cheap budget hotel.

Worst food. 10 days I ate only eggs. There is nothing else to choose from. Do not friendly staff. Charwoman can do only as one. How to wash your floor, it will not leave the toilet paper, if you have a paper not have a towel, etc. Too expensive for such conditions.

Stay 3nights in this hotel during October Fullmoon. The hotel provides transport to fullmoon at 300bth which consider reasonable.Overall hotel is in well manage only the breakfast is disappointed as the hotel only gives a short time period for their breakfast(1 hour if not mistaken). Koh phangan is not much activities beside fullmoon so staying few days is more than enough to discover the island.

Pretty view, but bad service!
Beautiful resort but terrible service! The manager was not friendly and seemed to always be trying to watch us. The worst part is I personally removed the dirty sheets from our bed and placed them on the floor in our room before room service came so we could get new sheets, when we returned they had taken the dirty sheets off of the dirty floor and put them back on the bed! I couldn't believe it.

Not so friendly staffs, but it is a BUDGET stay.
It is indeed a budget stay. Staffs are not friendly enough, and they make fun of your name. Upon check-out, the staff would just grab the room key from your hand, without asking you whether could they had the room key from you. Additionally, due to insufficient motor parking lots, I attempted to double park without locking the motor to ease them in shifting my motor. I was being treated badly, spoke badly & rudely, instructed to move my motor to another location of the resort. It is overall not a pleasant stay, but if do ignore all the behaviors / characters of the staffs, it is a BUDGET stay after all.

Great resort for cheap
I can highly recommend this hotel. Was very nice, staff were good and it was cheap. Had three pools a sea view although, no beach to swim in. Close enough to scooter to town for street food or visit markets.

The room was ok, but needed some fixing. we had to get the bathroom door fixed. some of the windows could not be locked from inside. We had those fixed as well. Main door was a sliding glass with a very weak lock. The bathroom does not have anything to keep your towels/clothes when you take a shower Now the plus sides: -A breath taking view -Beautiful Pools -Attentive staffs (Jimmy, Nicky and the cleaning ladies) -Nicky was really nice to arrange a Nanny for us

This was one if the best places I have stayed in so far. A little further out then we wanted but turned out to be just perfect. Staff are really friendly, always there to help and always happy. It was a brilliant stay, great place to chill out by the pool. Highly recommended. :)

We stayed over new year so was way too expensive for what it's worth. The restaurant and breakfast is good. Our room definitely wasn't in the photos we looked at before booking, it was pretty dated and the bathroom really smelt. It's not very close to a town either so it's either quite a stroll or hire a moped from the hotel which is pretty reasonable to be fair.

Awesome bungalow in poor location
Awesome little bungalow on the water, ac didn't really work and lost power a few times. Breakfast buffet wasn't a buffet but okay for cheap price. Advertises a free shuttle to beach but this doesn't exist, only real option is to rent scooters which come with no gas. We filled up, then it rained and we returned them full, they still charged us the full amount plus a quarter tank fee.

This "resort" requires some work
This resort is not in good shape. The rooms are smelly (we've checked 3 different types), the maintenance is bad, the house keeping staff "forgets" things (like toilet paper, soap, water, etc). The breakfast is not that good. The beach was in a sad condition. The pool was ok when it was open, which wasn't all the time... Some of the staff members are nice, but it doesn't cover up the hotel's condition. On the bright side: They have a nice water slide. Once you tell them what you need they will usually comply.. It's located in a quiet place.

never go to Tharathip resort
no power in the room during all night ,and only in my room ;they didn t want to change the room.the staff was not very nice to me and the room was very dirty.never go there it was terrible.

Excellent Hotel.
Lovely big rooms and excellent setting. The three swimming pools were lovely and the hotel was on the beach. Cocktails only £2 all day and night and watching the sunset is brilliant.

This hotel is not beside the pier. It is actually about 15-20 minutes away. We got dropped off at the pier, expecting that the hotel would be as close to the pier as we could possibly get as our ferry departed at 5am. After searching we discovered the hotel was not listed correctly.

Good but a bit dated
Good value for money and it was all that was needed for a nice chill out hotel around the full moon party. The hotel is away from the main town though so be prepared to pay for mo-peds or taxi costs.

Staff was friendly. However, we ordered room service on our last night there. And all 4 of us had food poisoning! Throwing up on our commute to Koh Samui by boat and taxi was not fun at all. I do not recommend this hotel as the location is inconvenient and also due to the fact we all had food poisoning.

Myself and my friend stayed here for the Christmas period. The hotel is a little run down and it's in need of a renovation. The views are amazing and the pool was ok but the hotel food is below average and I would not recommend staying here!
