close to beachPosted Nov 4, 2013
Pros: The view.
Cons: Rooms as far as their furniture and cooling and the doors.
Location: It is in lamai beach. There is nothing closeby ie. for you to walk and go, except the beach which ofcourse is at your backyard.
I can say it is just at the beach. The front desk? has only two people . They are very helpful but their help is only restricted to some areas. Travel arrangements out of hotel is only restricted to koh samui airport. There are no pick up or drop facilities to the pier, nor they guide you be giving phone numbers or such for same. You have to go to some travel agents outside. The room given in the beginning was quite bad and after request it was changed. The good thing is the wifi but only in the common area, not in your room. But the view when you sit near the pool is very nice, and ofcourse the staff (two) are very courteous.

You get for what you payPosted Aug 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
The beach in front of the resort is very dirty and not suitable for swimming. You have to walk a little further south to enjoy a swim at lamai beach. Room was clean, however the beds were very uncomfortable, but I guess that is due to the low price you pay for this accommodation.

Wonderful place to relaxPosted Jun 19, 2013
Pros: The size of the room and just out of town. Also the breakfast was great and well priced. Customer service was exceptional
Cons: The dim lighting
Location: Just out of town (30 min walk) home after a night out eating and drinking in Lamai.
This was better than we expected for the price we were paying. room was clean and the resort was just out of town so that it was a quitter area, yet we still were able to walk home (30 min walk) after a night out in Lamai. We had no problems walking home late at night and felt very safe. There was always a taxi driving past the resort if you needed one to get into town or elsewhere The service was great and breakfast was always pleasant and at a great price as well. The beach out the front was no good to swim in, so we used the pool, but as the resort only ever had about 3 other couples during our week stay, it was like our own pool villa anyway. If there was a down side it is that there is very dim lighting in the room, but as we had Room 1 ( the best room to get), it had many windows.

Best value on Koh SamuiPosted Feb 4, 2013
The kitchen makes very good food. There is no need to go to town to eat. The Weekender is just far enough from town to be quiet. Walking to town takes less than 15 minutes. Things you don't find everywhere in Thailand: clean beach, friendly staff that speak native English, good prices, spacious outdoor lounge, and quiet relaxation.

Decent hotel at resonable pricePosted Jan 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
Decent hotel with decent service. Dont expect more from it. Owner Tony is quiet friendly and happy to help. The only thing which I didnt like about it was the tiny bathroom. But overall it was an average experience..........good view from the beach end of the resort. Food is also reasonably priced. Overall a nice place to relax away from any hustle bustle of crowd.

Disappointment Once We Reach the Gate of the HotelPosted Jan 15, 2013
Location: it's truly far away from the town area~
The hotel picture and comment shown in expedia is good! however, it's disappointing when we see it with our raw eye~ it's a very very small hotel instead! and it's far away from the town area. we have to walk about 30-40 minutes to the town area! one word to describe our stay there is disappointing~ we feel like cheated because what we see and read online is so much different with reality~ gosh~

Good sunbeds with peace and quiet.Posted Jan 1, 2013
Location: Alright location.
Bungalows were very basic. If you are to stay here, get the one next to the sea. The lounge areas looked good to just lounge under the sun.
