Great Location for Sunday marketPosted Dec 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
Although room was not clean as well (quite many dirt), staff services were good. Great location for Sunday market (MUST visit)
Nice location but cleanliness a problemPosted Sep 20, 2013
Pros: Nice location, close to town and beach.
Cons: Cleanliness of rooms.
Location: Good location close to town and beach. Sunday night market is just outside of resort.
Was given a free upgrade for no reason which I don't mind but the room was really really dirty. Beach chairs are dirty, beach bar was minimal as well. The staff were attentive and welcoming. They have great staffs but overall hotel needs upgrading.

Pleasantly SurprisedPosted Feb 18, 2013
Pros: The nice comfortable bed and big sofa to watch movies and definitely the pool.
Cons: I loved everything about this place!!!
Location: Great location, walking distance to the main Lamai Beach shopping precinct.
On arrival we were greeted at the front of the hotel by the very friendly manager. We were checked in and shown our room. We were pleasantly surprised to find a very comfortable villa with the comforts of home. We were only booked in to stay 2 nights but extended our stay an extra 2 nights and the staff were very obliging and gave us a late check out. The furnishings were very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. We are definitely coming back to stay.

Perfect...except for the overwhelming sewer stenchPosted Sep 16, 2012 on Hotels.com
The property is amazing, beautifully landscaped and maintained. Our villa was divine. The staff was wonderful and friendly and the location is great although there are much nicer beaches on the island with softer sand and clearer water. The hotel is situated on the edge of some kind of open sewer trench. Maps show it as a small stream, and one must cross it to get to the hotel's restaurant and the beach. We nicknamed it "The Black Lagoon." The stench is unbelievably wretched and it is incredibly difficult to enjoy being outside or to eat breakfast with the horrible, inescapable smell. Hotel staff assured us that they are working with the government to fix the problem and hopefully they will have it resolved soon.

Very happy!Posted Jul 11, 2012
Pros: The staff and rooms
Location: The best location, quiet but a 5 minute walk to the food stalls
This was our first visit to Thailand so we really had no idea what we were expecting. We were in for 3 weeks and only booked 6 nights at first but as the week went on and realised we were in one of the best locations and the resort was fantastic value for money we stayed a further 6 nights. The owner even offered us a free upgrade. Ryan and Kristina managed the hotel superbly and professionals. Breakfast was superb and very generous. Great value and great location.
