Staff very friendly and accommodating. Relaxing atmosphere by golf course. Wild turkeys and chicken add to the atmosphere. Beautiful golf course, can see sun set. Nice breeze coming from Mauna Kea, don't need air conditioning.

We had a view of both the golf course and the ocean. Gorgeous! When you go, take advantage of the private beach club and restaurant (Napu). It's really special.
The front desk is not as helpful as they could be. We had a power outage for several hours one night and no one offered any assistance other than to say they were sorry. The person on duty said they were unable to help because they were "off the clock". Not a great attitude.
All else was perfect.

Happy to be back to this hotel. Expedia's prices were better than the hotel was quoting. Our room was huge, fresh, great lanai, and marvelous view. Self parking was very close, a luxury in Hawaii. Pool one of the nicest ever.

Luxury resorts, sprawling golf courses, and white sands line the Kohala Coast – Waikoloa. Hawaii’s sunniest coast is a must-go for beachgoers. It is also known as the cradle to King Kamehameha, Hawaii’s greatest king. His influence can be seen at the nearby Pu’ukohola Heiau National Historic Site, where visitors can see the temple of war he built before unifying the Hawaiian Islands.
