"Really Nice Resort"
The hotel was both well maintened as well as comfortable. This is the first all inclusive resort that my husband and I have stayed at. The food and drinks were excellent. The pool was huge with plenty of lounge areas. The room was very comfortable with a great view of the ocean. However, the bathtub in the room was half the size of a normal bathtub. The location was a little odd. It says it is in a town, but with the exception of a Mini Market and a couple of other places it did not seem like a town. It is really close to Kos Town and is very easy to get around. There is even a place to rent recreational modes of transportation nearby that is really reasonable and speaks great English. The beach is a about 4 feet wide, but does have lounge chairs to use. Fortunately up the road a bit is a very sandy beach for those of us that prefer sand. There is only one place that rents jet skis and that is very nearby to the hotel. Overall the trip was fantastic.

"Superb views from the pool"
The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Our balcony was over the restaurant roof, so wasn't that great, but we could still see the sea and could sunbathe there for almost the whole day. We came for the last two days before the hotel closed for the winter, so it was very quiet. I guess in high season it would be quite difficult to get to swim in the main pool due to the number of people - there doesn't seem to be enough pools for all the rooms. The grounds are also beautiful and there is access to the beach, which is beautiful to walk on and stretches for a long distance.

"Excellent for families, not for you if you like nightclubs and shopping"
Peaceful and remote (well, 15 mins from the airport), so not for some, but wonderful if you want to relax. Great beach with good swimming, more swimming in a huge pool, about 120m long, an activity pool with games etc, an adult only pool, at least one other, plus an area with pools and slides for children of all ages (two through teens). Range of other activities for kids and adults. Food was fine. Wide range, plenty for the kids, available all day. Drinks also available all day. Great family room, two large rooms, each with TV, and a vestibule. Great staff. Excellent spa. Terrible shows in the evening my only issue. Would recommend highly to family (who like water) but also to others. I would go back on my own to chill.

"We spent two weeks at The Neptune......"
This is a beautiful resort! The gardens are immaculate as is the entire resort and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Considering it is such a huge place, staff remembered us and quickly accommodated our requirements, even remembering our favourite evening drinks. Staff in the main restaurant are lovely and the food is amazing. The buffet style dining provides a wide range of options of both hot and cold dishes, everything is fresh and plentiful. The little mini market has a wide range of products from cotton buds to cold beer, pencil sharpeners to pomegranates and the staff, again, are really friendly and helpful. There is a friendly calm family atmosphere around the resort with plenty to do if you are that way inclined but no pressure to be active if you prefer a lazy beach and pool day. Each pool offers a different atmosphere with aqua aerobics and water polo for anyone who wants to join in at some or a quiet dip for the serious sunbathers at others. Our room was clean and comfortable and set in a small block of eight appartment with views across the gardens and down to the sea. The resident little owl appeared daily and we had several sightings of a barn owl at night. The sports facilities are great. We hired bikes for the day and had a very enjoyable ride to Kos Town and back. Most of the road runs alongside the beach so you can always stop for a dip when it gets too hot - which it will! We would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family.

"Exceeds Expectations"
When we arrived late at night, we were exhausted and half asleep. We checked in at Reception, which was quick and effortless. They actually told us we had been upgraded to a better room, one overlooking the sea. We then left our bags with reception and had dinner in the main hotel, which was amazing. We then took a buggy down to our room and found our many bags were already there. The rooms were breathtaking, very spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and had fresh towels already laid out, the fridge was stocked with cold drinks and the beds were made. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept well at night. In the morning the sun rises over the main hotel and we had a beautiful view of the sunset from our balcony. Depending on your location it can be quite a hike up to breakfast but it's worth it as the food is 10/10. We were very impressed by the standard in the main restaurant, which is self-serve. They have a huge variety and even the most fussy eater would find something they like. The kitchen and bar staff were incredible and very kind. There's always something to do, we were certainly never bored. During the day you can eat and drink in any of the 11 restaurants including a pastry corner, a sushi restaurant and a floating island bar. The beach is also very nice although it was a bit crowded and there was alot of litter. There are around 15 pools (all of which are saltwater), and every one of them was big and not too deep, about 1.5m.

"An oasis hotel, close to sandy beach, great food!"
The hotel is on the North coast of Kos, surrounded by farmland. It has two separate pool areas, one with water slides, which the kids loved. Our rooms were clean and comfortable (good airconditioning) and included a safe, fridge and TV (only UK channel was BBC World). The hotel was divided into a main building and several garden 'villas'. The food was amazing - always something available to eat or drink - the kids particularly enjoyed the self-service ice-creams and drinks and the twice daily crepes. I was impressed by the variety of food, something different each day with themed evenings. The sandy beach was a short walk and the sea was lovely and warm. Activities included wind-surfing with instructors available. There was entertainment available: darts, tennis, table games, water polo, beach volleyball - but these were mostly dominated by the german guests. If you want to see ancient Kos or go island hopping, you will need to travel (bus, taxi or car), we did two day trips but with the heat - longed for the pool back at the hotel. We loved the relaxed atmosphere - firendly staff and always plenty of sunbeds in each of the pool and beach areas. I would recommend this hotel for a family holiday where you want to relax by the pool or beach and enjoy time having fun together.

"Lovely family holiday village!"
First of all please don't be put off by negative reviews - some people will never be happy, always negative and overly critical. For the price we paid we got more than our money's worth - was our first family holiday as a British family of four with two small children we had a fantastic time. The village is clean and well presented beautiful scenery and beach minutes away. Rooms were spacious clean well air conditioned and refreshed daily by cleaning staff. The food isn't box standard which we expected - it was good quality fresh varied dishes both international and local Greek cuisine also a la carte Italian, palmy barbeque (highly recommend) and Greek restaurants within the village. People have commented on how busy it is at meal times but to be fair in an all inclusive resort during peak times it's to be expected. Varied cultures of guests - not a lot of English people but had a great time regardless of language barriers. Entertainment was good animation team were fantastic and offered varied activities throughout the day and evenings - also opportunities to visit neighbouring hotels providing free transport to and from we attended the aqua land free of charge also which was great for the kids. Also plenty to visit and see in the surrounding areas of kos. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout - we were thoroughly pleased with this holiday and would definitely return in the future.
