Nice hotel close to beach.Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: Close to beach, food in the main restaurant.
Cons: Dress code in main restaurant, mostly all the women dressed up for dinner but because there is no dress code the men did not, very bad.
Location: Location was ok, the nearest town is a dump. Not much to do near-by
From the minute we arrived until we departed the staff were excellent. Rooms were large and clean, entertainment was the worst that I have ever experience, except the Greek musicians at the Taverna.

Expected a bit morePosted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: Beach very gentle, some waves, but water not too deep and goof for kids snorkelling (and warm!)
Cons: Tell Mark Warner to teach the kids some manners, and staff to be a bit more friendly - also, improve the food and the cost of extras like drinks and I
Location: Nothing really, it's a deserted area.
The resort is nice, lovely beach, nice pool. But there are issues. First, it is a Mark Warner "resort" (not exclusive of course) which means there are herds of young kids, older kids and teenagers being ferried along the pool, restaurants and all other sports and ents areas, which can be intimidating and, quite frankly, irritating, to other guests. I found the MW staff rude and inconsiderate, and many of the older kids and teens simply very innapropriate in their running around restaurants, making a huge amount of noise there and in the pool area - away from parents, they seemed to behave like maniacs. I am a teacher, and have no patience for that in my holiday. Expedia doesn't advertise this hotel as such, so other travellers should be warned. The food in this all-inclusive or half-board is not great either - there are really only 2 restaurants (the third is extra!) and the Italian one is a ridiculous pain (you need to make a booking, which is just stupid). The drinks and ice cream are insanely overpriced - I guess as guests are kept hostage in the resort, the hotel gets away with it. Staff are friendly, but need lessons in customer services. Overall, I wouldn't go back, and I am not sure I recommend it.

Fabulous hotelPosted Aug 1, 2014
Pros: Great staff and great facilities. Kids club is the best I have ever come across.
Location: Great location. Kardamena is a lovely place to go for a meal / drinks / shopping. Bus is 1.80 Euros each way or a taxi is 10 Euros each way
Hotel was simply fantastic. Wonderful facilities - pool, watersports, beach bar and a brilliant kids club. Staff all incredibly helpful from the kids club team, to the restaurant & bar staff through to the cleaners. Rooms on the small size but had a lovely balcony. Majority of English guests were with Mark Warner - but plus side is that my child got better staff ratio in the hotel kids club and at one stage it was 1 on 1. Will definitely be booking again for next year

great location, all round facilities second to nonePosted Jul 29, 2014
Pros: The hotel was spacious, clean ,well staffed and even though it was quite a large hotel ,it had an intimate feeling. Great sports facilities!
Cons: Our only small issue was transportation between airport and hotel.
Location: Kos is a relatively small island with lots of interests for everyone. We found that hiring a car and exploring the sights useful.
From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble. Using Expedia was simple, straight forward and we will definitely book with Expedia again !

Lovely hotel with great facilitiesPosted Jul 16, 2014
We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the waterfront facilities. Didn't take part in the tennis but did enjoy the aerobics and zumba classes. The hotel is wonderfully positioned right on the beach front. Staff were very helpful at all times and the food was varied and plentiful.

trash view.. old bedPosted Jun 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
I think that when you book through "Expedia", which is what I kept understanding I did even though it was through hotel.cm…… You get the worst room in the facility. A view of the trash can, screaming children around… ear plugs necessary.
