“great hotel”

Our room was very nice, especially the spacious and comfy bathroom. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Our pillows did have a faint smell of mildew, and one was thick foam. Still, on the whole, a great experience.

Area recommendations

We had a great time walking through the center point shopping mall. There's lots of great food around. Hong Kong Recipe in the basement of warisan square was so tasty we went back two days later for more mapo tofu.

“Great location”

I did have one negative experience at this hotel. When I went to check out I noticed that I had been charged for the breakfast buffet that I did not eat. When they checked their receipts there was a receipt for my room number that was signed with my name. When I told them it was not my signature they compared it to my signature from when I signed in and they took off the charge. I hope that that someone used my room number, but just in case this is something the hotel does on a regular basis I thought that I would post this to alert people staying at this hotel.

“A great stay!”

Great hotel! Good price and good location. The breakfast buffet was very good, but a litte pricey as we didn't have it included. The only thing negative to mention was that as we were 2 people with 2 laptops, we could only use one at the time because they don't have wireless net. Otherwise, great stay!

Go to Sandakan! Something different, and you can go into the jungle and witness a magnificent wildlife

“A Great Place to Stay”

My wife and I stayed 4 nights are this hotel and were very happy. Its slightly worn but the rooms are excellent. Club lounge is worthwhile. Very good value hotel well located in the city beside a fun market area.

“Great city center hotel in KK”

If you want to stay in the city and near the action, this is the place. Large, spacious rooms with all the amenities. Clean. Quiet. Friendly staff. Rooms are updated. I was impressed. However, if you want a slower, more "resort"-like experience, don't stay here. Get out of town.

“Great location and hotel in KK”

Le Meridian was the perfect place to recouperate after a long flight to Borneo. The hotel is very, very comfortable and all of the staff is really friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, so we walked to restaurants at night and explored the city during the day by foot. The sunsets from the deluxe rooms are pretty impressive and the (included) breakfast buffet was outstanding. I'd stay here again, definitely, especially at the special rate we got on Expedia.
