Has all amenities required

Pros: Everything
Great place to stay and has everything you would expect at a holiday resort. The business class lounge was excellent and i would advise those thinking about staying here to upgrade to business class standard.

Cons: The mattresses are very hard and the comforters too thin.
It was conveniently located. Close to town and the airport and also has recreational facilities near by such as diving etc.

The mattress and all cushions for chairs are so worn down that it hurts my back to sit or to sleep.

Great hotel that has it all

Posted Dec 6, 2013
Pros: Very easy to organise trips from the hotel. Great concierge and rooms had everything you needed. Had free wifi and free breakfast which was great
Location: It is a short taxi ride away from town so if you are planning on eating cheap (i.e. not in the hotel) you will have to plan on this
A very good hotel that was well worth the money.

Pros: location and use of all facilities within the Sutera complex
Cons: more attention to breakfast facilities..eg coffee machines are well stacked.
Location: From Sutera Harbour you can go into Town...or to the Islands or take any of the many trips on offer
Sutera Harbour is a great place for a holiday. If you like golf even better.location is terrific with use of all venues in the resorts.small but nice beach and great HAPPY HOURS.

good overall

Posted Oct 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
I stayed 3 nights for a business trip. This hotel is full of Korean tourists, and the hotel had Korean-speaking staff, which was convenient for me, also a Korean. Breakfast was included and almost like Chinese, so so, as good as other ordinary hotels. The location is good, near the city. Outdoor pool is large and has nice view of sunset. Pool side bar is not so good but expensive. Bathroom needs some upgrades.

Hotel rooms have to be renovated

Posted Sep 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
First of all, I'm happy with the free upgrade to suite. Satisfied with hotel Swimming Pool and Front Desk staffs. However, I feel upset with all below experiences during my stayed. Firstly, the air conditioner in bedroom was not working, the staff came and repaired it. unfortunately, it out of order again on the second day, but I did't call for maintain as there is another air conditioner in the living room. Alos, there are total 3 connector plugs are broken which mean no power can be provided. I feel really disappointed with all room facilities. Therefore, I think hotel rooms should be renovated. On the other hand, I have called to call center and asked for an extra sleepers and a comment card, no one brought it to me, I have gave up to call them again. At last, concierage staffs gave me warm greeting and very helpful when I arrived to the hotel, but they didn't help us when we are leaving. I think they should be kind and helpful to every guests either they are check in or check out guest.

Pros: The ocean views, cleanliness and helpful staff
Location: Shuttle service is very good
Hotel staff were extremely friendly. Our room safe did not work when we arrived and after calling the reception desk for help, someone came straight away to fix the problem. Lovely rooms and lively atmosphere. Amazing views and excellent food.

Pleasant but disappointing!

Posted Aug 19, 2013
Pros: Swim up pool and balcony views
Cons: The overall aesthetics
Location: Great spot, we spoke to others staying in town and Sutera Harbour was by all accounts a great location.
Overall this hotel is one that is in great need of some TLC. The exterior is drab, run down and in a real need of touching up and good paint job. The rooms are spacious and pleasent until you take a closer look. The bathroom stone tiled walls have obviously been done on the cheap as they have been covered in plaster to hide (not so well) the large holes. Mould was abundant especially in the paintings and upholstered wall panels. We did not complain, but this really needs to be addressed by the resorts management. The same goes for all other areas, lobbies and the like. If you want something nicer, you'd be well advised to have a look at the Magellan, also part of the Sutera Harbour Resort.
