Kleinschalig vriendelijk hotel een prettige sfeer

Posted Jul 18, 2015
Pros: Prachtige ligging
Cons: n.v.t.
Location: Rustige locatie. Er is weinig in de omgeving te doen. Dat lag wellicht ook aan het seizoen. Veel restaurantjes waren vanwege het regenseizoen gesloten
Het is ons prima bevallen. We hadden 3 kamers geboekt.

Lovely hotel in out-of-season Ko Lanta

Posted Jun 28, 2015
This was lovely hotel on a tiny peninsula in north east Ko Lanta. Late June is mooted to be the wet season but we had sun sun sun. And as hot as you please of course. Lovely breakfast overlooking the Andaman Sea. Some of the best dinners we had in Thailand. Excellent and sizable swimming pools. Excellent and reasonably priced spa treatments (thank you for uplifting head massages!). Loved this hotel. The nearby town of Saladan is more than a short walk away but was pretty quiet anyway so nothing much missed.

The Royalty Treatment!!

Posted Jun 24, 2015
Pros: I loved that our room always was clean and smelled amazing, room services was very quick, buffet was delicious and off course, the staff is extra NICE
Cons: Maybe extend the hours of the bar in the common pool. 2 hours seems a little short, but maybe it was because of the low season.
Location: Near the hotel is Saladan town, is a small very local town, but has very nice seafood restaurants and a couple of souvenir shops.
I traveled along my boyfriend on June 2015 to Koh Lanta, an Island South of Thailand, and stayed at the Crown Lanta for 4 nights. We both live in Asia but It was our first time on Thailand so we didn't knew much about the place since is not such a crowded area like Phi Phi or Phuket, but as soon as we arrived to the hotel we felt like royalty. Seriously, the staff greets you at the beautiful open lobby, you do your check in sitting down in a comfy sofa, drinking some fresh beverages and soaking your face in fresh scented towels, not needed to say the staff is super friendly and willing to help in anything you need, like booking trips, cars, anything. They also have staff that will set you up with activities like snorkeling. We stayed in a room with private pool, and must say that the service was amazing, the facilities are beautiful and very comfortable. The place is always clean, and the breakfast buffet is DELICIOUS! besides they have free shuttles to the town (Saladan, that is like 5 minutes from the hotel) so you don't have to spend on Tuk tuk's (bike taxis). They have great food in the hotel (and also at Saladan you can go to local restaurants, that serve fresh seafood: very very good food) and various bars with delicious cocktails. Also we used the Spa Services, very very nice service at a very good price. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to have a royal experience, relaxing time and have quality time with your family or partner. You won't regret it! LOVED IT

hübsches hotel, sehr abgelegen, dreckiger strand

Posted Jun 19, 2015

Beautiful Resort!

Posted Jun 16, 2015
Pros: Pool, public beach, breakfast
Cons: The price of food and drinks were very expensive, we had to go into town for our food.
Location: Near a small town, beaches and day trips are easily organized with tour operator on site.
This was a beautiful resort, private beach is very small, but the public beach has white sand and very swimable. The continental breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. The restaurants are expensive and we often went into town for food.

Luxury!

Posted Jun 10, 2015
The whole resort was lovely! Our room (holiday gazebo delux) was beyond expectations, absolutely beautiful! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and there to help with anything you needed and the pool area was very chilled. The food was also great, and the breakfast buffet was lovely with lots of choice. Throughly enjoyed our short stay here and wished we could have stayed longer!

Wedding anniversary SUCCESS

Posted Jun 8, 2015
Pros: Everything!
Cons: Have a more constant Room Service pick up. The room service food plates would stay outside all night and sometimes past noon the next day.
Location: Galaxy restaurant offers a great variety of things for the young and adventurous or the mature looking for some good food or fun (approx 10 min south)
We stayed in one of the 4 private pool rooms (#2124). This room has the best view of all rooms in this 5 star hotel. It has a private infinity pool onlooking the Andaman sea to the West with Phi Phi island in the distance giving you the most amazing sunsets you will ever witness from your very own private pool, Living room or Bedroom. Since the Resort is built on a very hilly area, they supply a 'bus' ride to and from the restaurants, pool, front desk and of course your room. Just dial 0 and say either bus stop A, B or C and they will come. The food is extremely good. The resort has a Private Beach and one of the restaurants balcony over looks it. The swimming pool is very nice with a swim up bar, 4 semi-submerged massaging lounge chairs (the bubble intensity is extreme and extreme only so bystanders beware) and three 8-14 feet submerged massaging benches. All with a baby pool with turtle water fountains that don't work but still nice. The breakfast is AMAZING along with the staff. Best Thailand Hotel experience yet!
