The location was perfect - central, close to activities and to the beach, yet tucked away from the main street so it was quiet and comfortable. The room was super comfortable. My stay at this hotel was good.

We liked it here as it was slightly out the way but really close to everything (walkable) - 5 minute walk from Au Nang beach and the shops are virtually at your doorstep. The hotels a little dated but overall was a nice stay. The only thing I’d change is the AC, wasn’t really working properly and wouldn’t get colder than 25 degrees.

I had never stayed in Ao Nang before but flew down to catch up with people from Australia who visit regularly. I chose the hotel from the photos on the site, and the reviews. I was not disappointed. In fact, I have decided - on my next trip later this month to Phuket to hire a car to drive to Ao Nang and stay another three nights with another flyover from Australia. We intend to see the various sights outside the town and enjoy the many, many restaurants and bars later in the evening. The staff were polite, the place spotless, the price competitive, and the whole place was convenient to walking around (I use a walking stick) and, as a bonus, there is a laundry service, a hair and beauty salon, and a tattoo shop all in the soi leading off the main road to the main entrance. It needs a better sign out on the main road but Google Maps finds it easily.

Avoid if you are looking gor modern
The hotel is dated but because its located in Krabi adopts the attitude that the customer needs them,but rely on this too much,and so adppt a care free attitude. This should only be 3 stars as has limited facilities and no doors as you enter so no air conditioning in lobby and is uncomfortable. Please think twice there are many hotels of better quality and better price

This hotel has a wonderful location with lots of restaurants, shops, street food close by, yet is set back from the main road so rooms are quiet. The internet was the only disappointment - it was very erratic and slow - not good for a digital nomad. We stayed 2 weeks and would go again.

Really nice hotel. Reception Staff weren't especially helpful. Pool recently renovated but quite small. Overall cleanliness very good. Very impressed with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce.

Lovely Hotel
For an unexpected stay in Ao Nang, I just picked the Krabi Heritage Hotel as it was close to the beach and restaurants and a good price. Once arrived at our room we found it to be very very nice, spacious, big bed, modern with everything we could need. It was also very clean. Thoroughly recommended.

Affordable hotel with great location
Krabi Heritage was a fantastic hotel to stay in. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was excellent, very close to Ao Nang beach and great restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was offered at an excellent, very affordable price. The tour desk offers excellent rates for tours and transport. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Just as the name promised, thwre was a great view. The sunrise was stunning every morning an while secluded and quite at the edge of Railey, it was walkable to the rest of railey and walking street too.

Great place for a few quiet nights in Ao Nang. Located just a bit off of the main street, it's in a very walk-able area. Enjoyed having the lovely little pool all to myself, as there were very few guests during my stay... My bathroom's showerhead & tv's coaxial cable could probably use an upgrade, but the room & hotel itself were extremely clean... There was a pleasant-enough view (hills/city/some ocean) from the balcony, and the staff was exceptional when called upon
