Do not stay here!

This hotel was terrible. The pictures that are posted are not reflective of what room you will get, on the Expedia website it looks like you will be getting a lovely Asian bungalow, in reality you will be put in to a tower block. The staff are rude and obnoxious, a special mention goes out to the female manager who was especially terrible. The staff also try to extort money from guests by trying to charge for the free shuttle and WIFI. They only provided me with a WIFI password when I showed them my confirmation stating WIFI was included. The most troubling situation was when we ordered room service and the staff member who bought it to our room tried to charge us more money then was on the menu, when questioned he said it was a service charge, even though again it stated on the menu that all prices included taxes and service charge - he was merely just trying to see if he could get more money out of us! The staff do not speak any English at all so even ordering a water is an extremely stressful process. I'm not expecting them to be fluent, however when you work in a hotel, you should know the basics, such as water and coke etc. All in all I'm confused why Expedia are willing to advertise such a terrible establishment - DO NOT STAY HERE.
