There has to be a better place to stay on Phi PhiPosted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: I loved the small village behind the resort. The staff will not tell you it's there because it has better food and shopping, and it's cheaper.
Cons: Either improve the overall quality or cut the price. Stop charging resort prices without delivering.
Location: It's one if the more distant places on the island. Very secluded with only a small village behind it. To get anywhere you have to rent a boat. And pay
This place will charge you for a luxury beach resort experience without delivering. The rooms, service, facilities, and location are mediocre at best.

Paradise found!Posted Aug 16, 2014
Pros: Loved the upgrade we received to a villa with pool. Loved the care, courtesy, friendliness of the staff.
Cons: Check out. The check your room before you can check out which takes time, we were left arguing about goods we had not eaten!
Location: Beautiful hotel, best on island that we saw. Half four by boat from pier. Trips can be booked in local village which are quarter of hotel price
From the moment you are picked up in the long tail boat from the pier to take you to Outrigger, to the moment you leave this is an island paradise. We stayed for one week with teenagers and enjoyed the tranquility, the exceptional friendliness of the staff and the beautiful resort. Set in palm trees on a white sandy beach this resort feels spacious and very well cared for. We were there in August so it was quite empty, but still amazing! Behind the hotel us a little village with bars and restaurants which is great to visit and to book trips from.

Stunning location and excellent holidayPosted Aug 9, 2014
It was a bit of a mission to get there but once arrived- it was well worth it!! We were given welcome drinks on arrival and quickly checked in, plus driven to our room! Food was amazing and staff very friendly and helpful. All areas of the resort were beautiful and the tour desk very helpful. Tours were not expensive and well organised. Lots to see and do! Definitely recommend the on site day spa- lovely staff and great massages! Overall the trip was amazing- definitely going back!!

This hotel is a Must!Posted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: It's just paradise at a good price!
Location: You can go for a walk around the area, or take one of the many tours and diving packages they offer. Or just relax by the pool or by the beach.
You should call the hotel to pick you up at the pier. Their boat is very nice. Everything about this hotel is good, we got upgraded to a villa with a private pool, which was amazing. Their restaurants are all high quality and reasonable prices, of course it's a bit expensive but not crazy expensive. We took the tour to maya bay and it was perfect, you feel safe all the time, they have all the safety equipment that you need. And they can arrange anything for you. Staff knew when we were arriving, leaving, etc. They are so helpful and nice. It is paradise! Notice that there are no big waves on this side of the island, the sea is very calm and it is not deep at all, you have to swim or walk a long distance before it gets deep. I would just recommend you to go during middle-high season. Cause low season means a bit of bad weather and both of the trips on the ferry to get to the island were very scary. Specially the one to Phuket, we felt we were going to die there, and I'm not kidding. We had to go and seat on the floor with other passengers and some of the staff, it was really bad.

Beautiful place.. Relaxing moments..Posted Jun 16, 2014
Pros: Swimming pool is awesome... We stay 2 nights, n our afternoons are spent in the swimming pool. Relaxing in jacuzzi pool, overlook the sea.. Great!
Location: The village can be reached in less than ten mins. From lobby, walk along the beach, away from swimming pool, then turn left when see signboard.

WowPosted Jun 15, 2014
Cons: all good
Location: relax and do day trips
The cleanest place I have ever stayed at in Thailand. Private clean beach where you can walk out 200m. Pool magnificent. Breakfast amazing. Early bird trip not to miss. Very private bungalows. Staff service top class. Walk to main beach took me 40 min. If you do walk take plenty of water and mosquito repellent.

Great experience: I wish I had booked for longerPosted Jun 15, 2014
Cons: Train the staff to understand english and some of them to be more polite, especially in the leisure center.
How can I start? This place is like paradise on earth. The resort is very well located in Phi Phi don, has its own private beach so the view is not polluted by thousands of boats and people. The resort is just beautiful, with plenty of blossoming plumeria trees and the staff really works hard to perfect everything and every single detail had a unique touch of Thailand. I stayed in a superior bungalow, very cosy, clean and private, but unfortunately I only booked for one night!! I wish I had known this place was so beautiful and great and I would have pleasantly stayed for a week or a month. However I need to say that one of the best features of this resort is the little village in the back where one can find nice and cheap food and also book diving, snorkelling and sightseeing trips around Phi Phi islands – all this significantly cheaper and better than found in the resort. I rented snorkelling equipment from the resort and the quality was very poor. The only down side I found about this resort is that some members of staff, especially in the leisure centre were not very friendly and the majority could barely understand English. So just be aware of the coconuts and the palm leafs falling from the trees and you will have the most amazing time here !!

The beach is the winning factor for this hotelPosted Jun 13, 2014
Great spot. No perks for being on honeymoon. The pool made my bikini go yellow!
