“Best deal in Krabi, clean and affordable!”

Staff is so friendly and helpful. I've stayed in a few hotels in Thailand. But this hotel was definitely the best one. Nicer than the Novatel at the airport in Bangkok for a fifth of the price. Two blocks up the hill from the beach so quiet at night and safe when when they had the tsunami warning. I couldn't understand why the price was so cheap. Similar hotels I stayed in were over $100 / night. 3 thumbs up!!!

“Amazing hotel, Great Price, Would go back for sure!”

I was traveling all over Thailand with 6 friends of mine but had not yet booked a hotel in the city of Ao Nang. I quickly went to expedia and found this hotel. I looked at all the pictures and some reviews as well as the pricing and decided to book. Well, I'm glad I did because this hotel was fantastic. The hotel staff pre-checked all of us in, and presented us with a welcome drink, The architecture of the hotel was amazing. The artwork and decor was of "Ritz" quality and the open concept worked well for this property. They also had a beautiful three-tier pool that over looked the bay. Food at the hotel (room service) was very reasonable ($7 CAD) for an amazing cheeseburger and about $6 CAD for a huge 4 course thai meal. The hotel was also surrounded by other 4-5 star properties and was only a short 10 minute walk to the main night life strip.

“Very nice hotel in a good location.”

We managed to book this hotel for a fantastic price through Expedia. I can understand that if you paid full price then you might be a bit disappointed with the general upkeep of the hotel it's self but if you can get a good deal then it is worth staying here. The rooms are emormous (we even had a dressing room!) and the pool area is lovely. The communal areas of the hotel are quite pleasant and the lobby is very impressive. The breakfast is also excellent with plenty of choice and the staff are very helpful and polite.

“A very big property, but not well maintained”

The property is big and nice. But there is problem with the maintenance of the property. The staff is underperforming and not well versed in English. We had to wait twice for our rooms to be cleaned. The only good part of the hotel is the nice 3 tier swimming pool and the rooms are quite spacious.

“could do better”

The hotel was showing signs of age. However small improvements would go along way; for example staff picking up litter round the hotel, I saw a cigarette butt on a stair for the entire 9 day stay. However I got the general impression the standards of the whole area lower than other places in Thailand
