“Fab hotel”

Fantastic location, staff so friendly and helpful,nothing was to much trouble. The grounds and the beach were great and pools are fantastic place to relax. We will be back.

“Top Class Hotel - Can't wait to go back”

Stayed 5 nights - the service was excellent. The hotel one of the best I've stayed in (and I've stayed in a lot). Great restaurants (hotel prices of course) but great standard of food. Quiet hotel. Some kids around but well behaved. Other guests were respectful and unobtrusive. I would definately go back to this hotel. If you want relaxation, this is the place! If you want busy, nosiy restaurants and pubs/clubs this isn't the place. Lying reading in a double hammock under trees, get a daily visit from the Elephant, great pools. Can't recommend this place enough. Great for couples.

“Outstanding resort”

I travel ~125K miles a year and stay at hotels 5 months of the year. This place is top notch and far exceeded my expectations for a Sheraton. If you're looking for a relaxing tropical vacation in Thailand without the crowds in Phucket then go to Krabi and stay at this resort.

“A stunning hotel with fanastic staff!”

What a fantastic hotel. I would 110% recommend this hotel to anyone. It was beautiful. If you like to be amoung the hussle and bussle then this hotel will not be for you. Its located on Klong Mlong beach and it only has a handful of places to eat outside of the hotel but we stayed here for 10 days and we found it to be a perfect amount. To eat a lovely evening meal in the hotel your looking at 80-100pound if you eat outside the hotel your looking at 30ishpound. Lots of people said that you should eat at The Terrace hotel which is opposite the hotel but I would eat at the restaurants in Klong Mlong plaza which is to the right of the hotel when you come out. There is about 4 places to eat and they were much nicer than the Terrace and much friendler staff. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and the service was fantastic. For the price we paid I thought it was a 5star hotel with 5star quality and service. Rara the elephant comes every morning in the hotel lobby at 10am and every afternoon at 3pm to the beach. You can swim with her in the sea and feed her and that is a lovely sight, esp if you have children. We had a b&b rate and the b.fast was fantastic, it had every choice that you could want. There is also a fantastic beach at the hotel, we had a day visit to the Hong Islands and was very disappointed, the hotels beach was far nicer - safe your money and stay at the hotels beach!

“Excellent place to stay in Krabi!!!”

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Krabi Beach Resort from October 3-7. We originally picked it based on it being located on the beach. When we arrived at the airport we had arranged ahead of time for the Sheraton's shuttle bus to pick us up and take us to the Sheraton. The price was very reasonable and the ride was well worth it! The driver was nice and drove very carefully. It took us about 45 minutes to get to the resort. Once we arrived at the resort we were amazed at how beautiful it was. The check-in was simple and we were greeted with a cold washcloth and glass of lemon tea! The staff was so friendly and accomodating. They would even give us rides on the golf cart from our room to the lobby when it was raining. The rooms were very spacious with your own secluded private balcony. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was large and the shower was excellent with great water pressure. The food was excellent but on the pricy side. But we did have the buffet every morning and highly recommend it! Most of the time we would explore and leave the resort and have lunch/dinner somewhere within walking distance. The pools were relaxing and very clean. There were plenty of beach chairs to go around and even some on the beach and near the ocean! The beach was freshly groomed a few times a day and you can walk in either direction for quite a while. What an exotic, tropical getaway! We will definitely be back to the Sheraton Krabi Beach Resort!

“Fantastic Wedding!”

We had our wedding at the Sheraton Krabi in April 2010 and stayed there with a small number of guests. The preparation and organisation performed by the events team was perfect and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was just fantastic. All our questions and requests for the wedding were responded to in an extremely professional manner by the events team. The set up for the wedding and the meals before and afterwards were beautiful and everything on the day was far better than we had dared to imagine. The hotel, grounds, beach, pools etc are in a wonderful setting, the food in the restaurants was very good. We really cannot find a fault with this hotel and we would recommend it to anyone for a holiday. If you are looking to get married in Thailand, we would absolutely recommend this hotel.

“Amazing Resort”

This resort is like something out of a James Bond film, amazing place. Staff were all excellent and very pleasant. Location is a in a quite part of Krabi about 10 miles from Ao Nang, but is ideal if you want to get away from it all. Quite a few shops and restuarants outside hotel but they have everything you could need. The whole area has a very welcoming atmosphere. The hotels food is expensive so try and eat at the local places on the street outside.

“Loved it!”

Went with my cousin and her four year old little girl... Neither of them had been to the far east before & were relatively apprehensive. The hotel was beautiful - a little bit tired in places (eg couple of mosaic tiles missing from the seats in the pool at the bar) but mostly immaculate. Right on the beach - which is perfect - with little golf buggies to drive you around if you're feeling particularly lazy. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - they all knew the name of my niece by the end of our four day stay & she adored them. Would go again at the drop of a hat and recommend to anyone
