“a nice quiet place to stay”

Srisuksant was a good place to stay. it was about 15-10mins walk along the road to Ao Nang. it was a good spot and it was nice and quiet aswell. the pool is great. and it has a small gym. i would recommend staying!

“Krabi experience.”

IT is a very nice hotel, well situated and in a more quiet part of town. There is enough taxis and tuc-tucs to take you places at reasonable prices. The hotel is almost on the beach and longtail boats are a walk away to take you to the islands.

“Ground floor blk A a no no”

On our arrival we were warmly welcomed...and given our instructions on the facilities. We were escorted to our room. At the room we were not impressed as it was small and had 2 single beds which was not what I wanted. Its location was also not ideal as it was next to a busy corridor and the privacy was'nt good. I asked to exchange rooms which I was told was not possible imediately. At that time a flood was occuring in the corridor heading for our room. The hotel was obviously embarrassed and soon came up with a free upgrade in Block B which was by far more comfortable and upto the standard I expected. From then on the stay was superb. I would'nt want to stay in Block A ground floor this appeared to be the short end of the straw.

“Average about sums it up!”

In one line the rooms are basic, facilities erratic, and whilst staff are friendly and appear to try their best provision of requests is sporadic, but I would probably return again as all the issues were really just irritations. The rooms have only very limited furniture, which is fine if you are staying for only a couple of days not weeks. No drawers or shelves and only 5 coat hangers! The balconies are small; however the sea view was good. 2 light bulbs had blown in the room and the temperature control on the air conditioning was malfunctioning. We eventually had one of the bulbs changed and the air conditioning was partially fixed. Our only major issue was we didn’t have hot water for 3 days but another room was offered. Also sometimes the water goes off and comes back on a random basis; however we never managed to ascertain if this was a problem limited to the hotel or is a generic due to water supply problems in the area. The pools were chilly but the pool bar was ok, but always in the shade and the drinks are expensive. The mandatory charge for New Year’s Eve was a rip off. The food provided was basic, mostly cold or had to be queued for and most of the entertainment was mediocre. Far better food and entertainment could be obtained far cheaper elsewhere. In summary the hotel was ok but in my opinion the price charged per room night was too high for the facilities provided but then again it was peak season and New Year to boot.

“Good location”

The overall quality of this hotel it is compatible to a 3 stars hotel. The location is very convenient, near to the village's center, not in a busiest part. However, at night there were a bar very close playing loud music during the whole night.
