This place was amazing! Rooms were very spacious and clean. Very close to everything you’ll need, food, shopping, bars, 711, etc.. would recommend getting the breakfast option because I didn’t and ended up just paying for it because it smelled so good! Would recommend 10/10!

Good valve for money
Spacious room, with adequate facilities. We had a hot water issues that was fixed quickly. The bed was comfortable. The room overall is clean and good value, though could use more places for putting away clothing. The room curtains are not blackout so if you're a night owl, bring a sleep mask.

Great hotel
Hotel room was lovely and so were the staff. No complaints what so ever about this hotel. You can use the pool in the hotel just down the road which is excellent.

Very clean, good size rooms close to the ocean and the Main Street in Oa Nang, great location. Rooms a little dated, could use a bit of a makeover, but again, very clean. Our Included breakfast was great. Little noisy until 2am, I recommend earplugs

A little TOO convenient, perhaps, to the RCA bars
My room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the hotel is next door to the dive-shop with whom I went diving. It was also EXTREMELY convenient to the "Soi RCA" beer-bar complex ... a little TOO convenient, when the music was rockin' and I wanted some sleep! (Oh well, that's why Flents makes earplugs.) One amusing note -- I asked for a king-bed room, and they made it by shoving together the twin beds normally used in this room. You could see it by the "headboards" built into the wall above the beds....

The location is excellent. Only 5 min walk to the beach. All the staff was very friendly and helpful especially Dida who assisted us in moving to another room because of the noise from the bars adjacent to the hotel. Housekeeping was quick and efficient and the restaurant staff was polite and friendly. The only drawback is the noise from the bars. Suggest staying at the back and or top floor of the hotel to minimise the noise.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff. Big advantage is the option to use the pool facilities at Peace Laguna Hotel. Good variety of food at breakfast, however the room is too small and it gets crowded(perhaps extending the hours until 11am would help). The biggest let down for me was the fact that a family room which I booked didn’t have any balcony or patio, just a bit outside area to dry wet clothes. On this occasion I found the description of the hotel (‘all rooms have balcony or patio’) misleading. Another thing I didn’t like is that hotel is trying to bribe the guests with a gift if they leave them a good review on TA.

great stay. its my second stay at Verandah. close to all amineties and can use the gym at Peace Laguna Hotel just down the road. massage across opposite the hotel Aonang Massage was good and cheap. i will definitely stay here again.

Sheets and pillows did not smell fresh (b.o) or that they had been washed (properly)...found one pillow had mould under the cover. First day we entered the room and opened the fridge the freezer had defrosted and the flat tray that collects the water was full to the brim and had to ask for an extra towel as it had spilled when I tried to empty the water plus there were floaty bits. I also cleaned the fridge inside with wet wipes as there was some mould. The property has really good reviews so I found that part really disappointing. Staff were pleasant. Facilities available were decent, and bathroom was clean. Access to the pool at the resort next door was nice and an added bonus was that the pool closes at 10pm and Verandah provides towels to borrow for the pool/beach. Location is great and close to the beach and many shops.

Very pleasing stay
The hotel was very comfortable, although the room, while large, is not as "fresh" as the photos suggest. Staff was very good, especially the front desk manager, Ms Dida, who was very friendly and helpful in so many ways (particularly in arranging a dentist for me when I needed some temporary root canal treatment!). Breakfast was good, with freshly cooked eggs. Great to be able to use the pool and fitness centre in the "sister" hotel next door. Good location, close to everything in Ao Nang.

Lovely family room
Very good location and quieter than expected as it's not far from the main road. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The staff are very nice and polite. They recommended us a good day trip to Phi Phi island with discount. The room was comfy with beautiful decoration and breakfast was nice too.

Asked for king size bed.but actually a combined 2 single beds. 1 bed was too soft and the other was hard. I ended up sleeping diagonally and now im having backache. Toilet showerhead was faulty, projecting water upwards instead downwards thus causing unnecessary water splashes.

This spot was amazing. I couldn't have asked or anything more. The staffs made us felt very comfortable and valued. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Booked tours with them and when we came back they even had a shower room for us + towels to get cleaned up. K. Bee and K. Wan, Kudos to them, we forgot a pair of shoes and they even made sure to send it back to us. If I'm going to Krabi I don't need to look any further. Will book with them again. The pancake was amazing at breakfast.

Beautiful hotel. Location is perfect. The room was stunning- lighting, amenities, comfort of bed, balcony. Breakfast was delicious and we were very happy with our upgrade. Glad we came here for our honeymoon. Only critique- they should definitely have air conditioning or at least fans downstairs for breakfast- it was too hot with 35c weather. Air con in the rooms were modern and powerful. Loved our stay.

Close to the beach which only takes about 10 mins walk. Swift check-in and check-out (solo traveller). For groups and family may experience differently. In main area, but quite quiet for a good night sleep. For Muslims, a lot of halal restaurants/hawkers within 3km radius from the hotel. Early morning, near junction to the beach, there is a Muslim elder lady selling rice, curry, fried fish etc.

Warm welcome. Great location. Near all of the action, restaurants, and a five minute walk from the beach, yet tucked away nicely on a little side street. The ability to use the pool at the resort next door was an added bonus! The breakfast is one of the best we’ve had so far!

Good location but very noisy and run down!
The pictures make this hotel look great, whereas when you get there it is shabby! The ‘double bed’ was two singles pushed together with a sheet over them! The one side was comfy the other rock hard and very uncomfortable! The room overlooked the streets where there is a bar street the next street along, so sleeping didn’t happen until into the very early hours maybe 4/5am! The location of the hotel was very good in regards to beach and local amenities.

Questionable
The hotel was nice enough, close to the main beach, and comfortable. While we were there the staff was friendly. However, when we left and went to stay in Pattaya, we needed paperwork from the Verandah to prove that we had stayed in Krabi and that our hotel had registered us with immigration. However, the Verandah was not helpful at all! They would not provide us with anything saying it was not their problem. So, either they did not actually register us when we checked in, or they neglected to give us the paperwork that we were supposed to receive.

The room was bright and very clean and we were well looked after by all staff. The only concern was that the head of the shower could be cleaned out to give better response but would highly recommend it for what was offered

Great location & nice hotel.
Overall it is a decent hotel with good location which is near to the beach and amenities. The only setback is the a/c is a bit noisy at night. The shower water pressure can be better. Other than that, it is all alright. U can also access the swimming pool of peace Laguna hotel which 2 mins walk away.
