“Recommend”

Hotel excellent in every respect & would recommend. Only complaint I had was room we were in overlooked a small courtyard with an outdoor eating/drinking set up - and an airconditioner that gave a loud "bang" every time it turned on. OK with ear plugs - but if book request a room that does not overlook courtyard (unless you are a very sound sleepr).

“Excellent location, great food, good service”

Superb hotel in all respects. One small problem was a nearby club so we could hear the music faintly on Friday and Saturday nights but it did not spoil anything for us.

“Charming hotel in great location”

The hotel has a great location only 2 blocks from the market square. Our room was large, comfortable and clean. While not the most elegant 4 star hotel I have stayed in, it was charming and attractive. Breakfast included a wide array of choices, including the BEST chocolate croissants we have had anywhere (that included Paris). The hotel staff was helpful. We would stay here again.

“Great Hotel, Great Location”

This was a great hotel, beautifully maintained and designed, very comfortable and clean. Fantastic location and would highly recommend eating in the restaurant, fantastic value for such high quality. Highly recommended

“Ideal location”

The hotel could not be in a better location - just a short walk from the main square. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an excellent choice of both hot and cold dishes. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant one night. The food was excellent although they did get one of our orders wrong, bringing king prawns instead of spare ribs! Overall, I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Krakow.

“Recommended - perfect position”

A small (20 room) hotel perfectly placed near the Market Square. Recently renovated. Friendly helpful staff. Room small but adequate. Lovely shower room - robe provided. Breakfast room in the basement - a bit dingey.
