“Excellant Krakow hotel”

Staff very friendly and spoke English, they were also very helpful with local information. The Hotel had a good location, 100 metres from main entrance from station. It was a 10 minute walk into the old town via a large underpass which was safe at all hours due to its large size and the numbers of people using it. Breakfast at the hotel was buffet style with a great deal of variety which was also kept very fresh by the staff. The only minor critisism was the furniture in the lobby, although it looked impresssive and contemporary was quite low and not that comfortable.

It was clean and by Western standards simple, but not a million miles from a UK City Inn standard.

Excellent little business Hotel in the centre of Krakow, very conveniently located right next to the train station, where you will arrive from the airport, and next to a shopping mall; also in walking distance to the town centre. Very friendly and efficient staff, great breakfast sellection, and nice and clean rooms. I will certainly book there again should I need to return to Krakow, a beautiful town in Poland.

The hotel is located in a prime location. Easy access to the city centre and old town. Hotel is a new development and was designed in modern way. If you like modern and comfy places look no further. Plus, the staff was very helpful and could not be more friendly.

Very impressed with the hotel. Staff spoke good english and very helpful through-out the stay.Very clean every where and the bedroom was large and well equipped. The dining area was very pleasant and breakfasts were excellant with plenty of choices also the bar area was relaxing for an evening cocktail before eating out in the numerous restaurants nearby and very reasonably priced. The hotel was also ideally positioned for the rail and bus station for various excurtions and for the main square in Krakow, all within a short walking distance. If we go to Krakow again we would defiantly stay at the Anders hotel which we thought was as good as many 5 star hotels.Finally our thanks to Expedia for the helpful and efficient service we recieved.

“Superb in all respects”

Only a short (100 yard) walk accross a lovely square from the Railway station. Fast train, only 15 minutes from the airport. Very modern, clean decor. Helpful, friendly and efficient staff who advised on tours and reccommended restaurants in the area. The main market square is only a 10 minute stroll away. The only slight issue with the Andels is that the rooms are quite small with not a lot of drawer storage. May be a problem if you plan to stay more than a few days. However, The rooms are very well equiped, inclding a 32" LCD TV on the wall with Sky news and some English language films. They provide a superb buffet breakfast and an excellent restaurant if you want to stay in in the evening. Overall this must be one of the best hotels in Poland.

“Top quality”

This is a perfectly situated hotel (a few minutes from rail and bus networks, as well as the attractions of the old town. Rooms were modern, stylish and spacious with massive beds. Front desk staff were helpful and knowledeable. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel as great value.

“Excellent hotel experience”

The hotel is situated a couple of minutes from the centre of Krakow and across the square from the railway station. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The restaurant was great for breakfast but 'typical chain hotel' for evening. The room was well decorated and comfortable, with a lovely brilliant shower,and all that you'd need in it. I would definitely return here.

The hotel is superbly situated opposite the main railway station and is convenient for all major sights. It is sleek, modern and extremely tastefully decorated. The bathroom was particularly spectacular - spacious and luxurious. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Very highly recommended!

Just a short walk to the centre and Krakow, railway station 100meters and designer shopping complex next door. The rooms were beautifully fitted out in contemporary design and the duvet and pillows were the best I've ever encountered in an Hotel. Fantastic describes it and if I were to revisit Krakow I would be going back there without a doubt.
