Basic but comfortable... Nice for us.Posted May 19, 2014
Pros: Cosy with decent breakfast... Good value for money.
Cons: Can't do anything about the lack of a lift.
Good staff, no lift is irritating. Breakfast was filling. Staff courteous. Room cosy. Martyna very communicative over email. They sent cab to airport for pickup for 70 zlotti. I liked the place overall.

Good value for moneyPosted Dec 7, 2013
Hotel was 6 minutes from the main square and the apartment itself was modern, clean and just what we required. The hotel staff where always polite and attentive but I would say it was sometimes hard to communicate as there English was quite poor. Also when entering the apartment at the end of the night was quite scary as it was all in complete darkness. I would say it would be much safer and appropriate to have lightning.

Pros: location and staff
The Angel house is in a very convenient location near the town center, the castle, and the jewish quarter. The breakfast was great and served on time each day. The staff was friendly and helpful in planning tours, resolving problems, and ensuring our needs were met.

Modern bed and breakfast close to everythingPosted Aug 17, 2013
Pros: Location, breakfast, décor of the hotel, great deal for the price
Cons: rooms on the small size
Location: great location, 15 min walk to main square and castle
This bed and breakfast was a great deal for the price. Yes, you have to walk up stairs with your bags, but it is a cozy comfortable stay that included a healthy breakfast with drip coffee (only place I had a real American coffee in all of Europe). Room was clean, a little on the small side with a modern sleek bathroom.

A great place in the best part of CracowPosted Aug 1, 2013
The hotel is situated two blocks from the Jewish quarter, and two blocks from town center. Just near to everithing. One block away you have the tram. The girl who is in charge, is very kind and helpfull. The room was spacious.

a very nice place overallPosted Jul 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
A lovely B&B overall, but there are a couple of points for the owner to look at : it's difficult to find the light swith on the ground floor. Trying to find your way around might be tricky if you don't have a torch! The windows in our room were a bit dusty which affected our first impression a bit. Other than that it's just a very nice place to stay if you are looking for a room in a central location. The 2 ladies that were looking after the B&B were super helpful and professional and the breakfast was more than adequate.

Excellent location, needs bigger water heaterPosted Jun 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel is equally close to the Old Town, the Jewish District, and Wawel Castle. The are a lot of options for breakfast and plenty of food. The staff was very helpful when they are there (approximately 7:30 AM until the last guest checks in for the day). You just have to take your shower before 8:00 or there won't be any hot water.
A great base for your Kracow stay!!Posted Nov 19, 2012 on Hotels.com
For the price of this B&B you cant go wrong! We arrived at around 10am and were able to check straight in, the girl who greeted us was really helpful and friendly telling us were the best places to eat/drink were and giving us a map so we would be able to find our way back! Our room was nice although not quite how it looked on-line, it was a little small but as we were only using it as a base it wasnt a problem. The bathrooms are all finished to a really high standard but you have to be quick for a shower in the morning as the hot water runs out quickly! Breakfast was provided each morning and consisted of breads, meats, cheeses, preserves and cereals, my only moan would be that they only had a 2 slice toaster and when theres 8 people all wanting toast there was a bit of a wait. The hotel was in a good position and we were in walking distance of the main square and the Jewish quarter. We had a really lovely mini break and are already thinking of going back, i would definitely stay at the Angel House again, nothing was too much and they even provided a cake for my husbands birthday!

excellent position for sightseeingPosted Aug 25, 2012 on Hotels.com
Great place, unusual building but fabulous inside. Once you've gained access and got your keys it was a great base for sighteeing Krakow. No lift and it is on the 3rd floor, but we were traveling light so this wasn't an issue for us. Left early in the morning but were able to get our own breakfast from the kitchen which we had access to for our whole stay for drinks, snacks etc. Would stay again.

You can find betterPosted Aug 6, 2012 on Hotels.com
The hotel is part of one floor of a sort of office building. There are no hotel personnel there except during the day. The walk up to the third floor is by a dilapidated stairwell in much need of repair and cleaning. The hotel portion is clean and modern, but the lobby is also the breakfast kitchen. The bath was small but adequate, the bed is usual European thin mattress double twin bed masquerading as a king size. Breakfast was meager. The hotel people were helpful with tour information and friendly enough.
