Krakow 1Posted Oct 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
The building is nothing to write home about, but the suite that has been converted into their multi-unit b&b is very nice. The staff was very nice and polite and the complimentary breakfast was sufficient for us and the kids.

Great location, friendly staffPosted Oct 5, 2014
Pros: Location, cleanliness, staff.
Cons: Sound insulation inside the bedrooms.
Location: Central Krakow, can walk practically everywhere! Wawel Castle, Market Square, Galeria Krakow (shopping centre), Jewish Quarter.....
The hotel is located in central Krakow, a short walk from the main market square and main bus/ tram routes. I told the hotel in advance when we would be arriving, and somone was there to meet us when we did. The room was clean and nicely decorated, very modern bathroom. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only negative was that from 07:30 every morning, breakfast is being prepared and eaten by guests - you can hear everything going on in the dining room inside your room, and the floors creak, so despite the the bed and linen being comfortable, you will be woken up. Would definitely stay again though.

Wonderful modern facility in Old World setting!Posted Sep 26, 2014
Pros: Location (see below) Old World ambience. Dorm-type setting (shared kitchen), easy to meet other guests.
Cons: Ice (see above)
Location: Easy walk to the Castle, the central market square, plus Kazimierz (the Jewish Quarter) in the opposite direction---perfectly located.
Overall, we were very pleased with Angel House II. The only thing that we wanted that was not available was ice! Sorry, but we Americans are addicted to ice and it is rare to find it in a room in Europe. The only place we could get it was in bigger hotels (which cost quite a bit more). We also could have wished for a slightly bigger room but it really was fine. All three staff people we met were friendly and gracious. We hope to visit Krakow again and we will definitely book our room with Angel House!

In central Krakow, I was given a great welcomePosted Sep 21, 2014
Location: Close to town centre, 10 minutes walk maximum from main square.
Clean and tidy, more like staying in a flat. Excellent staff, concerned about your needs and willing to help. Nice breakfast.

Erittäin hyvä hintalaatu- suhdePosted Sep 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
Suosittelen!

Comfortable & cleanPosted Jun 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
We booked this late one evening and after all the confirmations went through my friend and I, two women were told our reservation would not be honoured. We had limited Internet and rushed to one end of town to get our suitcases and rushed back hoping someone would show up but not knowing for sure. This left us feeling very unsettled. Truly not fair after a confirmation email has been sent. Luckily someone did show and while she seemed irritated the place was clean and comfortable. In the end we were pleased but it almost ended badly.

Basic but comfortable... Nice for us.Posted May 19, 2014
Pros: Cosy with decent breakfast... Good value for money.
Cons: Can't do anything about the lack of a lift.
Good staff, no lift is irritating. Breakfast was filling. Staff courteous. Room cosy. Martyna very communicative over email. They sent cab to airport for pickup for 70 zlotti. I liked the place overall.
