“Kracow simple but smart”

Aparthotel Pergamin - 10 mins walk from the old square, well situated for restaurants and sight seeing. Nicely decorated room, comfortable and good value. The hotel doesn't have 5 star facilities but for bed and breakfast it is excellent.. Would definitely return. Buffet breakfast recommended as a good substantial start to the day

“Would use this place again”

Great location - 10 mins walk to main square - 15 mins to bus/railway station yet still quiet in the evening/overnight. Staff spoke English and were always very helpful. Breakfast - only 24zl for buffet style - which is excellent value. Consequently, it was always busy but the waitress was on top of it and constantly replenishing food/drinks/crockery etc.. We had a problem with the air conditioning on the first night but were moved the next day with an apology. We were with another couple and it would possibly have benefited from a communal seating area near reception but a minor point really.

“Better than the star rating!”

I do not understand why this is just a 3 star rated hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Real hard wood floors and a real hard wood door. The mini fridge worked. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Krakow is very affordable and worth visiting.

“Very good budget hotel”

This is a pretty good place, in a great location about 100 meters away from both the main train station and the old town. It's no frills, as you'd expect from the price, but it's in no way shabby and better than the average Premier Inn. It's smart and comfortable with a little bit of individuality and charm. Our room looked newly furnished as was the bathroom. Also the reception staff were pleasant and helpful, I'd advise booking trips through them as they pick you up from outside the hotel. Downside - there are cheaper, better breakfast options (breakfast is supplementary) but it is convenient. Also I would imagine it might get pretty noisy as the price will appeal to younger groups - but I'm being picky here. We were really happy with the place and had a peaceful stay, I would definitely recommend it.

If you are looking for a place to sleep and shower in this hotel is great. we stayed for four nights. Hotel clean, service when you needed it. A great location 10 minutes from the train station. 5 minutes from the centre. Can't fault the place

The hotel is situated in a perfect postion, just outside the main square. it takes about 6 mins to walk to the square its self. The hotel must have been recentley refurbished, it was a treat to stay there and the price was fair too. highly recommened and krakow is excellent lots to do and see.

“Good budget hotel”

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is being renovated so there is a lot of dust, which they try to keep at a minimum. Breakfast for 5 Euros well worth the cost. Tiny elevator!
