“Krakow's Best Hotel”

Excellent place to stay! Hotel was right on the square with plenty of places to eat. You could not have asked for a better staff, everyone was wonderful. Hotel was very clean and quiet, breakfast at the hotel was great! Hotel staff spoke excellent English and was very helpful with questions, directions and helping us make arrangements for tours. We would highly recommend The Bonerowski Palace

Area recommendations

Would recommend touring Auschwitz/Birkenau and Schinder's factory museum. Very moving experience! But beware, the horrors of war can be very alarming! The Wieliczka Salt Mine is an excellent experience. The cathedral in the mine and the carvings are excellent! A trip to Wawel Castle is recommended as is a walk around the Green Way (Planty). The Planty is a park or green belt that replaced the city's medieval fortifications that were built in the 13th century. It is an excellent place to take a stroll or just sit in the park on a bench. Krakow is a beautiful city.

“Location, location, location!!”

Bonerowski Palace is truly exceptional, had a wonderful two nights there and can not speak highly enough of their staff. The hotel itself is great, and wonderfully located for a visit to Krakow, and the staff are only to happy to assist with recommendations, suggestions and bookings. Highly recommended. As someone who travels often and seeks to find special hotels that have a history or connection to the area, this one is definately one of the best!

“Modern hotel in historic setting”

Great location and very nice breakfast. Modern bathroom. Only hotel we've stayed in in Europe (and we've been to a lot) that had HBO! Workout room has 2 saunas and 2 exercise bikes; no treadmill. Staff was very helpful.

“Great Hotel”

Our stay at Bonerowski Palace was fantastic. The room was nicely furnished and spotless. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They arranged taxi service for us and recommended wonderful places to eat and visit. We definitely felt like royalty during our stay.
