“Perfect Hotel”

I only stayed one night, but from what I saw - perfect hotel. Good spacious room and very clean. Location was perfect. Next time in Krakow I will certainly book again.

“Fabulous hotel in a special city”

I cannot find anything negative to say about this hotel, stay here and you will not be disappointed, the hotel is a perfect complement to a fabulous city. The location is ideal being central and in walking distance of key locations within the city old and new. My room on the 3rd floor was unusually big for a European hotel and very well presented, the bathroom was small but perfectly adequate and any bigger would have been a waste I only ate breakfast in the hotel but if the service and quality of breakfast is representative then you will have no reason to worry. My last comment is saved for the staff that were as personable as they were professional, outstanding service particularly from the reception. I will certainly stay at the Bonerowski again and recommend it to others

Very pleasant stay for 1 night, will definetely go back there when I am in Poland next! Very elegant hotel and worth paying that little bit more. There is a one way system in place but not that hard to navigate (with a gps). Parking is availa

“Beautiful hotel with polite and helpful staff in a fantastic location.”

Fantastic location for chirstmas market and surrounding restaurants and bar. Beautiful, small and intimate with polite staff. Would love to return and would definately recommend.
