Location was perfect and rooms okay. Unsure if the air conditioning was working as I had to open the window in the middle of the night as it was extremely hot thus I highly doubt. TVs could atleast have one or two English channels

Unfortunately I join the group of customers completely dissatisfied with the stay at the hotel. We stayed in room 404 and the carpet was super dirty, everything seemed to be very old and used. The worst thing was that the air conditioning never worked, it only turned on in "fan" mode, quite a bad experience. Not recommended at all! On the other hand, the location of the hotel is excellent.

Excellent for Krakow Old Town just a short walk ro the main Square. Rooms clean and breakfast pleanty to choose from, fresh and continually topped up.

Nice located hotel,within Old Town area.Quiet room
Nice located hotel, within Old Town area. It only takes 5 minutes to get to main Cracow attraction: Main Square. Room was quiet, I hardly heard street sounds. Hotel interior was nice designed. Room was clean, with small tea/coffee set. Room service took care of our room thoroughly.

Excellent location with a couple of bars and restaurants in the same street. Only a couple of minutes walk to the main square. A good base to explore the city on foot or to catch an electric golf buggy for a siggtseeing trip. They also have a secure luggage room for those with a late flight

Probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever sleep on. Only stayed for 3 nights but just terrible and everyone in our party agreed. They should invest in new mattresses and give each occupant 2 pillows, not 1! Great location

Great location 5 mins from old town!
Hotel is a brilliant budget hotel within a walking distance from the old town, main train station, Vistula river and Warwel castle. We stayed in a twin room and they were a great size and were very clean, could of done with an extra pillow but wasn't really an issue and sure if I asked they would of gave me one. Staff were very helpful. Krakow itself is wonderful with lots to see and do. We stayed for 4 nights which was enough time. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks Campanile!

I asked a simple question to the individual in 40s at the front desk. Rolled eyes, gave attitude and was rude. Gave false name. Hospitality industry means hospitality not inhospitable. Whose empowering this. Just unacceptable. In addition, rooms are in desperate need of remodel, dirty old carpet, old everything; desperately needs an upgrade. I changed my first room due to a smell of old carpet. The second room wasn’t much better. The young staff at the hotel are nice thank god

Very nice hotel. Quick check in. Big room with separate living area and bedroom, with big, very comfortable double bed. Clean spacious bathroom with two sinks and big shower. Soap and shower gel/shampoo.No hand towels, only the big ones. Coffe, tea and bottle water. Lots of closet space. Great location, close to train station and Old Town. I will return and recommend this place to my friends.

A great location, staff and hotel. Very much recycling oriented. The only problem is that any navigation will not allow you enter the old city where the hotel is located, this last navigation part you need to do manually.

L'albergo si trova in una posizione perfetta a due passi dalla piazza centrale e a 10 min dalla stazione centrale/centro commerciale. La colazione è ottima con prodotti salati e dolci. È un ottimo albergo per visitare Cracovia a piedi, tutti i luoghi d'interesse sono raggiungibili senza mezzi.

valuable for money. the property is simple (outlook), tidy and clean. very convenient and adjacent to all hot spots of scenes. a good open space with wifi and other electronic facilities in front of reception counter is excellent for visitors like me (back-packing) doing internet and whatsApp communication etc...
